So glad I came here! They have really good sandwiches and drinks! Everything tastes so fresh and refreshing! I love all the art work on the walls and how nice and quick the service was! There is a few tables inside and out with a pretty large menu! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back to try other items!

gave this place another try after so long. The original sandwiches are good. Not as good as before with old owner just still good. The new trip tip banh mi. Loaded with mayo. Over power the taste of everything but the picked veggies sours that make the banh mi. I couldn't taste the meat at all. Very thin slices of trip tip. Kind of a disappointment again. Don't drink vietnamese coffee here. It's not done right either. Customer service is always good here. Very nice people. Just stick to American sandwiches. They always make it right. Banh mi is a hit or miss.

I bought banh mi here and it is one of the best bahn mi I’ve ever tasted. Even comparing it to the one that i bought from Vietnam street foods , it is so good!!!

I got the Ube Vietnamese coffee and the veggie bacon bagel. It was DELICIOUS. Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in.
This place is very good. I come here as often as I can. I think my favorite sandwich is the house. The avocado shake is my favorite drink here!

If you're looking for a coffee house experience, this isn't the place. If you want a real good sandwich and service with a smile, then it's not a bad place at all. AC must have been broken when I was there because it was too hot to stand inside. There's not much indoor seating anyway. Had an americano and breakfast sandwich. American was good, and the sandwich was made to order with fresh ingredients. It's way better than the coffee shop on the corner.
