My husband and I stopped in here on our travels today this afternoon for a quick bite to eat and some of the ladies that work here are rude my husband asked the cashier for the $5 quac burger that’s being promoted everywhere at the moment and she goes what a guac burger what is that my husbands tell her the $5 guacamole burger and shows his Carl’s Jr app to her and she once again says yea I don’t know what that it is and like smirks so I go it’s the single guac burger that’s being advertised so finally she gets it right like that was really uncalled for how do you work somewhere and not know what’s being advertised and what not well then the manager in the blue shirt walks in attitude changes for the better so we’re like whatever and eat our food so after we’re done we need to use the restroom so my husband goes to the register and asks for a coin to get in restroom so a worker lady was walking out of cashier area he asks her about she just goes yea you’re going to have to ask someone in the front I’m on break but says it rude I was like what the heck is going in here today so the other lady that was rude 1st comes out and helps us well as my husband is waiting for me the lady that’s on break decides to get up and clean tables but she was on break and couldn’t help us? Yea service sucked in here today I understand a place of this establishment can get busy but it wasn’t busy inside or drive thru so the rudeness and attitudes was really uncalled for. I should have stopped and spoke the manager but I didn’t see him as I was leaving I think this place is just understaffed but it made to never want to return to this place here again

Carl's Jr brought back the 2 for $3. Breakfast biscuits! I highly recommend stopping in if you haven't tried one. Especially if you enjoy pepper jack cheese as this is an option. For a quick fast food breakfast at a fast food price. A better solution for a quick breakfast bite than an overpriced mcclowns breakfast sandwich and coffee. The staff has always been friendly every single time I visit. I hope they keep running the deal as the food and the price just makes sense.

Had coupons so me & my Baby Grand went. Buy 1 get 1 for $1.Big Carls and steak breakfast burritos. Been a minute since I've been to Carl's but both were very good!! Just like when they first came out with the $6 Burgers back in the day.....VERY GOOD! The steak in the burritos was seasoned well! Yeah....I'll be going back....gotta try this store's fried zucchini! ??

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a superstar, 4 chicken sandwiches, and some sides. Apparently they charge “50 cents” for each added sauce, however on the receipt it comes down to 58 cents per sauce. If I’m paying basically $40 for food give the sauce for free. Also they forgot my super star, I went in and the man wearing pink said that he “100 percent” put it in. He then had me go back outside to get the bag to show him proof that it wasn’t there. Are you kidding me? I felt insulted that he was essentially implying I was lying about an $8 burger.
