Had coupons so me & my Baby Grand went. Buy 1 get 1 for $1.Big Carls and steak breakfast burritos. Been a minute since I've been to Carl's but both were very good!! Just like when they first came out with the $6 Burgers back in the day.....VERY GOOD! The steak in the burritos was seasoned well! Yeah....I'll be going back....gotta try this store's fried zucchini! ??

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a superstar, 4 chicken sandwiches, and some sides. Apparently they charge “50 cents” for each added sauce, however on the receipt it comes down to 58 cents per sauce. If I’m paying basically $40 for food give the sauce for free. Also they forgot my super star, I went in and the man wearing pink said that he “100 percent” put it in. He then had me go back outside to get the bag to show him proof that it wasn’t there. Are you kidding me? I felt insulted that he was essentially implying I was lying about an $8 burger.

I didn’t dine in only went through the drive-through that interaction that I had with Alejandra was nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly sweet and incredibly kind! I placed my order, and she was very warm and welcoming, and when I got to the window I was greeted with her beautiful smile! her customer service is absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise! ?

The employees here are really friendly. I was greeted right when I walked in the door. I saw the bathrooms were locked and the cashier gave me a token to get in. They brought my food to my table and asked me if I needed anything else. I asked for sauce and they brought those to my table as well. The dine in area was really clean. I enjoyed my meal. My fries were crispy and my burger was delicious. I would come again.

0 stars if I could! Never going back to the Carl’s Jr on main Manteca! The lady gave us 4 ketchup packets mind you we had ordered plenty of food that needed more ketchup. I went up to ask because my husband said she was rude to him for asking for more ketchup. So, I went up and asked for more and guess what she was rude to me too! She said she couldn’t give me anymore and I asked why? Because we didn’t need it that she already gave my husband a few packages she ended up giving me 4 more packages of ketchup. So we only had 7 packages for all of our food. Which it doesn’t matter the ketchup is always a thing that’s given out without any hassle. My main thing is that she was rude about it. Her attitude was ridiculous. Over ketchup! I would have just said sure here ya go…. No big deal! Stop being rude to customers Carls Jr.
