Service staff is ok. Very nice people. I got burritos bowl. They charged me for the tortilla on the side. Wasn't told it cost extra for a tortilla. Not happy with that. Food is ok. Dining was hot. Didn't have all the fancy drinks. Just regular soda fountain drinks.

The food quality is inconsistent and customer service is lacking. Online orders are rarely available on time and employees neglect to address you while you’re waiting. Instead of making online orders in the back, employees can be seem walking around chatting. It’s frustrating to wait a long time for your food and then it’s cold as soon as you get it. The carnitas feels like it just came out of the refrigerator. This location used to be good. It’s sad it’s gone down hill so much.

I spend over $60 dollars the food I received was the worst food I received anywhere. The service I received was very bad. I will never visit this location again.

I have never left a review before but I felt compelled to do one about this location. Without a doubt the worst chipotle I’ve been to. There’s one poor girl working the burrito station while everyone else is yappin’ in the back doing nothing. The restaurant was filthy and the cashier was nowhere to be found.

I came here at 10:45 and they were close on their website, Google maps and even on their door it says closing time 11 PM. What else can you expect?

I ordered delivery through the app. My burrito bowl ended up being about 30 bucks because of extras. When I got the food, it was totally the wrong item and it had stuff that I do not like to eat so basically I wasted 30 bucks. I’ve called the store multiple times I’ve filled out that survey. They keep putting on here and I’ve got no response from anybody. Their Chatbot named Pepper offered me a free drink to compensate. But I don’t see how a $2.50 drink can compensate for a $30 item. Ridiculous.
I ALREADY WENT TO THE FEEDBACK FORM AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE!! That is why I reviewed on Google.

If I ask for lettuce, I don’t mean one singular piece of lettuce. I don’t care if you guys are closing give me my lettuce. I love chipotle but not this location. I never get corn on my chipotle because it comes with onions and I don’t like onions, but I’ve ordered here before and had the corn and onions put in my food even if that’s not what I asked for now this singular piece of lettuce. Please do better if you’re gonna be taking my money.

Please remind the staff how you should never touch your hair when you work in the food service industry. The girl working raked her hands through her long blonde ponytail several times. It really grossed me out. The food was lukewarm and the chips were stale, I went up to ask for a replacement on them and the lady told me, yeah they weren't cooked correctly, we'll if you know it, why are you serving them?
