I love eating at Chipotle but this one seems pretty inconsistent with being clean and getting good service. I don't like when they're busy trying to rush you down the line when you're trying to order more than one item. You got to think about everything you want before you get up to the front. Most people working there are friendly.

What a great visit! The cashier( Lia ) was so sweet and had a welcoming smile. Other customers were rude to her because of things out of her control and she handled it professionally and with poise!

I went in to order burritos, They were out of rice, they were out of sour cream, they were out of cheese. I asked if I can have guacamole at no charge since they were out of so many items, and the lady told me no and gave me an attitude. She brought out her supervisor for me and she gave me even more attitude in front of my children so I left. A restaurant is expected to be fully stocked with menu items until close time. I understand if they were out of one thing but multiple items that are needed in order for a burrito to be considered a burrito is unacceptable. Those girls could have at least held back all the attitude and apologized for being out of the items but they were completely rude about it as if it were my fault that they were out of food

Veggie burrito for my daughter had beef in it and my burrito bowl I traded with her had a special treat of a lemon wedge sized onion . What a lack of customer service. The problem with Uber eats or DoorDash is this place doesn’t care if it’s right or wrong because the customer isn’t in front of them so you get a waste of a meal and money like this.

Service staff is ok. Very nice people. I got burritos bowl. They charged me for the tortilla on the side. Wasn't told it cost extra for a tortilla. Not happy with that. Food is ok. Dining was hot. Didn't have all the fancy drinks. Just regular soda fountain drinks.

The food quality is inconsistent and customer service is lacking. Online orders are rarely available on time and employees neglect to address you while you’re waiting. Instead of making online orders in the back, employees can be seem walking around chatting. It’s frustrating to wait a long time for your food and then it’s cold as soon as you get it. The carnitas feels like it just came out of the refrigerator. This location used to be good. It’s sad it’s gone down hill so much.
