Seriously the best place I've eaten at, and the bakery is so good! Idk why I've never heard of this place earlier. The avocado toast is the best I've had by far, and I've been trying different places for avocado toasts. Def recommend.

Cute little brunch spot and coffee shop, offering unique coffee flavors. The food selection is decent. 2-3 people run the whole place so service is a little slow, I'm also petty when people who order after me get their food before me, specially when it's several mins after me. Enjoyed our food and drink overall. I would go again if I was in the area. FYI they say they're open until 3 but kitchen closes at 2- so I assume they only serve coffee the last hour

I visited this cafe today. I was impressed with the service. Cesar made great recommendations and even checked in with us after to see how everything was. Great service and, most importantly, great coffee and pastries. I loved their coffee cake.

Chit Chat Cafe and Bakery was one of my favorite stops during my stay in Tracy and one of my favorite cafés I’ve visited in the States. Loved it so much I came again during my 3 day stay! Was originally looking for a simple place to have a coffee and work remotely but was drawn but the warm vibe, hospitable staff, and tasty sweets. I ordered the vanilla chai, cinnamon roll bites, a savory crepe, a sweet crepe, and the cinnamon apple French toast. Everything was delicious and well enjoyed. If I’m ever in the area again I know where I’ll be headed!Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my dietary restrictions

Great atmosphere, great food. Portion sizes for the sandwiches seemed a bit small but maybe that's just my American brain taking over. Fantastic espresso! Need to go back to try the breakfast food and pastries.

This cafe is the cutest in town. I’ve met the owner a few times and she’s the sweetest. Workers are always super friendly and attentive. They’re great at asking how the food is. Everything i’ve ever had there has been excellent.

Cinnamon rolls are worth the trip. Coffee is quite nice. Pesto sandwich quite decent - 1 notch on the heavy/hearty side for me, but good flavor. Recommended.
