*Friday 11/14* If you’re buying a “ready made” cake from here, BE CAREFUL! The freezers in front of the store which have the ready made cakes on display were both locked. We told Daniela we wanted to purchase a cake but the freezer was locked. We told her we wanted the strawberry cheesecake paradise cake. Instead of letting us pick one, she grabbed one out the freezer and immediately took it to the register and we were unable to look at it until we purchased it. When we got home, I noticed there was writing in permanent marker that read “9-16”. I noticed a lot of ice on the top and sides of the cake as if it was already freezer burned and had been sitting for a long time. I immediately called store and asked if the writing in permanent marker was the date the cake was made. Daniela was hesitant to answer and said “ummm yea I think”. I asked if I could come back and return the cake as it didn’t seem right to eat a cake that was already freezer burned. She said they can’t put the cake back in the freezer. She then inquired with her colleague, Yair, and he told her the manager cis the only one to issue a refund. She then told me managers only work week days and they were closing in less than 20 minutes so I would have to come tomorrow. Being that the next day was Saturday, I asked if anybody would be there to help since she stated managers only worked week days. She then said no only Monday. I let her know I don’t feel comfortable waiting until Monday but if she can leave a note that I called right when I got home with the cake. She seemed so uninterested and just stayed quiet most of the time. Unfortunately, we threw the cake away as it was not edible. I hope management does better about keeping an eye on what’s in their freezers. Training would also be great for their employees! Please be aware of what you’re buying & insist on picking your own cake before buying!!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Had a horrible experience at this place last night. As soon as we entered, this lady (Evana) at the counter wasn’t welcoming at all, I said hello and she didnt even bother to greet with a smile. She was in such a hurry to take order and wasnt even listening to me what I needed. She took the scoope and barely added any toppings while i was still ordering what i needed and she put it in the bowl and said here you go, its done. I asked her politely did you add any of the toppings, she was like yes i did. I again asked where is it , i don see anything and then she sprinked on top and was like here you go. She was being so rude, very racist and discriminating, showing attitude. I told her thats not i asked, she said its the same thing, you just mix it with your spoon. so, why i am paying for the icecream if i have to mix the toppings myself when specifically asked how i wanted. She wasnt even ready to listen. Her Coworker jumped in and he started asking when i told him this is not what i asked for and it doesnt taste like it. I told her i am not going to pay for this, i want you to make it again the way how i asked from beginning . She took the icecream from me and tossed it with very rude attitude. I asked the guy to help me with what i want, he backed out and said she will only help you and she didnt. They even started making fun of us with the customers present there, they started teasing and provoking. So this is the service they are giving. Putting bunch of kids who dont know how to treat people. this lady EVANA, is very rude , racist and doesnt know how to greet people or listen to them and 0 customer service. The store should see what they are hiring before they put someone at the counter.

Typical Cold Stone. Nothing different about this location than all the others. Very clean inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice cream tasted awesome.

We entered there at 9:53pm and waited there and we asked them like can we get just ice cream and they said yes so we were waiting there in line and in the end when it was our turn they said no we can’t give it to you guys like what there was still time it was like 9:57 yk we waited there for ice cream and in the end they said no we said what is this then they started arguing with us

Walking into the ice cream parlor, I was immediately welcomed by Jenevy, a warm and friendly employee. Their patience while I decided on a flavor was admirable. The impeccable cleanliness and professionalism added to the overall experience. The chocolate lava cake and cones are particularly delightful, making every penny spent worthwhile.
