Found a staple inside one of the ice cream tacos. I’m assuming that it might have been from the packaging since they used staples to close the bags.

Restroom is only for employees? Why they would be put in common area? We are customers and cannot wash an eye. I will choose another creamery next time.

Typical Cold Stone. Nothing different about this location than all the others. Very clean inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice cream tasted awesome.

We entered there at 9:53pm and waited there and we asked them like can we get just ice cream and they said yes so we were waiting there in line and in the end when it was our turn they said no we can’t give it to you guys like what there was still time it was like 9:57 yk we waited there for ice cream and in the end they said no we said what is this then they started arguing with us
Walking into the ice cream parlor, I was immediately welcomed by Jenevy, a warm and friendly employee. Their patience while I decided on a flavor was admirable. The impeccable cleanliness and professionalism added to the overall experience. The chocolate lava cake and cones are particularly delightful, making every penny spent worthwhile.

Update: ***When someone finally got to the store and explained there was an issue. I didnt push what the issue was because its not really my business. However not having my cake for the party was a problem but the were very gracious and apologetic. They gave us the cake along with a full refund and a gift card for a future trip. I appreciate the customer service and the effort to make it right. They really need to think of a way to notify customers in the future is this happens again though***Ordered a cake for pick up today at noon for a party at 1pm. Imagine my surprise when I show up at 1220pm to find the store still closed. They did not contact me to let me know so we have to have a birthday celebration without the cake the birthday boy customized himself. He was so excited to have his cake. I am also still trying to call over and over to get through. They already charged me for the cake.
