Walking into the ice cream parlor, I was immediately welcomed by Jenevy, a warm and friendly employee. Their patience while I decided on a flavor was admirable. The impeccable cleanliness and professionalism added to the overall experience. The chocolate lava cake and cones are particularly delightful, making every penny spent worthwhile.

Update: ***When someone finally got to the store and explained there was an issue. I didnt push what the issue was because its not really my business. However not having my cake for the party was a problem but the were very gracious and apologetic. They gave us the cake along with a full refund and a gift card for a future trip. I appreciate the customer service and the effort to make it right. They really need to think of a way to notify customers in the future is this happens...

Very good ice cream here, one of the only places I know where you can get a load of toppings. Only problem we had was the wait times, since they only had 3 people and we were ordering around 7 ice cream, but they were doing fine for the amount of people working.
