The staff at this location is very unprofessional. Complaints made to the corporate office are redirected right back to the store manager who covers for employees. Staff here need to be trained or retrained on how to treat customers. This location is trash(Stockton location on Hammer Ln.)

A big thank you to Chrissy for helping my husband to our car today! Not only did she help him into a wheel chair when his meds wore off and he couldn't walk, she made sure he had a refreshing drink of ice water. And she did this with a smile and a delightfully caring attitude. Thank you Chrissy!!!

My wife has had rude customer service here at the Manteca Costco. I was yelled at by an employee once when I showed my card and went through through the exit door, which every other Costco allows especially since that is where their food court is situated. But today was the last straw and I doubt I'll be back to this one unless for some reason I really need to go to it. They didn't have any MILK!!!! I mean seriously no milk, that is like a staple. We pay for a membership so we can shop at a place that is always stocked with the every day items like milk and to not have any and then not offer anything for the inconvenience or even apologize. Nope that's just plain rude and poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend the Manteca Costco at all!!!!
