We have been going to this Dairy Queen for years since it's the closest to our location. Lately it seems everytime we have gone in and we're specific with our order it's still wrong ( or they just don't listen ). The Blizzards besides being more expensive in Manteca they are getting them wrong. The one in Stockton off Thorton Rd we were not disappointed once, Sad to say I have to drive 30 minutes to get a good Blizzard now.... I don't recommended and that's not something I like to do.

I went through the drive through my dad loves his butterfinger blizzard and I had the buffalo chicken strips the only thing is everything was so hot in the box my toast went soggy. Other than that it was great

We love your blizzards. For the last month we have been there at least ten times. My husband and I have started getting two at a time so we would have when we want them throughout the week. My husband got so sick after he ate his. But mine was good. But a few days later we ate the other two. We both got so sick after eating them. It was awful and so painful. Stomach ache was so painful!!! So we figured it out that it was the blizzards. We won't be coming to Dairy Queen anymore. My grandkids get to go on Friday nights because they love in them also. We poured alotof money in your restaurant. But no more. Please teach your team to do way better at cleaning the machine or maybe something with the ice cream. Please figure it out so no one else gets sick.

I was so excited to get Dairy Queen since I’ve been craving it for weeks. I come to this location and I order a strawberry banana blizzard with extra graham base and the guy who made and handed me my blizzard (Gurpreet) took a long time to open the window and take my card which I understand, things get busy. When I saw my blizzard in Gurpreets hand it was not even filled up and there was an inch still empty. When he flipped it quickly, it didn’t look like a blizzard, it was more like a milkshake! He handed it to me and I drove off. I tried it right away and as soon as I put the spoon in it, it was like soup! I returned to the store within 2-3 minutes and as soon as I walked in Gurpreet looked annoyed and said “what’s wrong”. I kindly stated that my blizzard is melted and he said I already ate some, which I barely did but what he was seeing missing was the inch of ice cream he never gave me. I just ignored that and asked if he could just remake it. Gurpreet then dramatically holds the blizzard up in the air and drops it in the garbage in front of me while looking at me. Rude but okay. He rudely then asked his coworker to finish the blizzard he was working on so he could make mine. The coworker goes up to me and apologizes lowly to me which was kind of her. When Gurpreet is done remaking my blizzard he then dramatically holds it up and flips it… which part of the blizzard still falls on the floor from being milkshake consistency still.. then rudely puts it on the counter and walks away. At this point I just leave because I am not dealing with this when I came to get a treat. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but I’ve been in customer service and even in my bad days I’ve never treated someone that way. $10 for a badly made blizzard and poor customer service.

Won't take any bills bigger than a $20 bill. My family is big and we always place orders that come out to over $70. They claim there's a sign claiming this at the speaker in the drive thru and a sign at the pick up window, but there's only a sign at the window. Ridiculous in my opinion, if you can't hire people that can't tell the difference between fake and real bills just say so.

Drive thru needs to listen better and maybe get a display board for orders so mistakes don't happen.
