Picked up here many times and have never had any problems. Came to pick up a pre loaded trailer and attendant in the evening was extremely unprofessional and rude! Even yelled, unbelievable to me. No reason, we were just here too early and that just angered him. I'll get his name and call corporate in the morning.

Need a better intercom or some guard shack, you can wait up to 45 minutes until someone open the gate and another 30 minutes waiting in the check in window because there are no way to talk with the crew, mainly in the night shift.

No over night parking near the company,I got unloaded hour before my appointment, and about 30 minutes to unloadSuper clean parking lot - office
Be careul guys i think zombies or some mental guys work here not all unloading verry good quick in quick out and verry nice guy inside but when i go for exit a car came inside the building not outside its inside i think he is working guy and mental man come out start shouting and fighting and saying 5mph 5mph like what i start my truck and push accelerate to take exit from the building it goes like 10-15 mph so what happen you start fighting or shouting on drivers its happen on 3/23/23 time btw 3:00 am to 3:30 am be careful guys from mentals and zombies attack in the building

Impressed with the good service, my appointment was at 10 pm and they gave me the door at 9:30 am, maybe the order was ready and that helped but in other places (most) they don't help you, first-class facilities and professional service 5 stars is not enough...

Checked in 1/2 hour early. Very polite people in office. Had to wait till dock opened up but still not a long wait.Come in gate at the side of building. Go all the way around to dock 1 check in.Pre-cool your reefer before you get here.They will not load you till temp is right.If you don’t pre-cool you could be a while.
