Polite and professional staff in the shipping department. I got there early and tried to get in the gate for quite a while and later found out they don’t come in until 9pm on Sunday. It didn’t take them long to load me and I was on my way.

Nice facility.... one way in , one way out . Bring Drivers license, trailer license plate, truck plate and your ABR # on trailer . Slide trailer, . They will unhock your red line .
Directions go all the way down Dupont CT. The gate opened up for me
Nearest truckstop is Ripon on 99 ...

Impressed with the good service, my appointment was at 10 pm and they gave me the door at 9:30 am, maybe the order was ready and that helped but in other places (most) they don't help you, first-class facilities and professional service 5 stars is not enough...
