Horrible experience please send someone to teach some of the employees customer service skills. They were being rude the entire time. I’m sure some of the employees do a good job and can’t help what their coworkers do but it’s not cool what happened to us.

If I would have known it was going to take me over half hour just to get me a coffee I wouldn't have ordered and it's not even that busy.

I went down to this store inside the Great Wolf Lodge as soon as it opened to avoid the crowd and to get the best selection of doughnuts.
We bought a half a dozen bagels, a dozen doughnuts, and a couple of cups of coffee.
The touch pad kiosk program was very clear in how to specify my order as far as which bagels should be toasted.
There was an option to select your preferred doughnuts at the counter, so that was nice. As soon as I paid, the counter person called me over to select my doughnuts.
The bagels were ready in a reasonable amount of time. (I had to go back down after I got back to the room after realizing they didn't include a knife for spreading the cream cheese).
The staff was very courteous and helpful.
It was a better experience than those experiences others wrote about for this Dunkin' location.

This Dunkin is inside of the Great Wolf Lodge. Service is fast, you can either order ahead via the Great Wolf Lodge App or you can order at the kiosks in the lodge and there are probably 5 of them so ordering is a breeze. The menu here is a little limited but I’d definitely recommend the egg and cheese sandwich with sausage on a croissant. Delish! I had the chai latte this time and was a little disappointed that they would not let me add vanilla flavor to it, but it was still solid. The kids loved their donuts of course, I mean who doesn’t?!

What a cluster, no active management, 30 min wait for coffee only, person making drinks is constantly interrupted by customers slowing the entire process.
Go somewhere else

What a disaster. Never enough doughnuts, you might find 2 or 3 left at 9am. Service is abysmally slow and chaotic. My drink was made and sat on the counter for 15 minutes before my name was called as we're about 2 dozen other drinks. It's a captured audience inside Great Wolf so maybe there's no incentive to be even mediocre. Plenty of staff. Maybe 8-10 employees. Whoever was making drinks was speedy. Whoever job it was to take the drinks to the counter needs to be put on mop duty.

I hated my experience here!!!
PUT A SIGN ON YOUR COUNTER THAT SAYS USE KIOSK!!!!!!!!!!!!
QUIT MAKING PEOPLE WAIT FOR NO REASON!!!!
After waiting ten minutes and getting to the counter... They say "um do you have a question?"
Like really you people actually work here and see this all day long, and don't put a sign on the counter????? Pathetic!
Then while using the kiosk, it doesn't let you specify how any pumps in your drink. So you go back n forth getting directions.
On top of this, the young girl with beads in hair, name starts with S... Was arguing with me saying it's faster anyways!!!
This place needs to be fixed, and closes to early. People like coffee in the evenings!!! We're on vacation, and this was a terrible experience getting an espresso
We were staying at the lodge, ordering in advance didn’t work because the unavailability of just one item was voiding the whole order without telling what as not available.Decided to go downstairs, 2h waiting! And no chance to cancel order, to be able to check out the room in time, completely unacceptable!

The girl helping me out was completely rude Kara (blunt bang cut) if she told me the truth. I'm sorry we're not kiosks trained. Proceeded to ignore me forc10 mins wheb waiting to pick up the donuts. Until I said something to her. If you don't like your job get a new one.

My family and I were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge with a Dunkin’ location inside. We were excited on finding this out, since Dunkin is our favorite coffee place! Unfortunately our experience wasn’t the best. To place an order you have to use their kiosk. They had everything on menu like any other Dunkin location except the option for decaf drinks. This was surprising since I’ve never been to a coffee place that doesn’t serve decaf coffee, and unfortunately decaf is the only coffee my dad drinks.
After we placed our order for my sisters and myself, we waited for our dozen donuts and drinks. With my curiosity killing me I had to ask on why they don’t serve decaf coffee. The worker replied saying they DO have decaf coffee, you just order whatever you want on the kiosk and tell us you want it decaf. I thought this was super inconvenient not only for customers but for the workers as well. - Place your order then tell the workers you want “This Drink” decaf and then hope the worker remembers and/or tells the other workers. Seems like a lot of extra steps/work for something that can be easily integrated in the menu on the kiosk.
After waiting a couple minutes I received our donuts and drinks. After arriving back at our room my sisters informed me the drinks were made wrong, with the drink slip clearly saying what needs to be in the drink (the drinks were missing sweet cold foam and cinnamon sugar). I grabbed the drinks and made my way back to Dunkin’.
I went right to the pick up section and told worker the drinks needed to be fixed and I’ll be placing a single drink order that needs to be made with decaf. The worker fixed the two drinks and informed me that they ran out of decaf. I then asked her when will there be more decaf (expecting it to be like 30 minutes for more decaf to be made). She replied tomorrow. It’s not even 9:30am on a Monday and they close at 3:00pm. Very surprised and disappointed with that answer.
After taking the two fixed drinks back to my room, I joined my sisters for donuts and coffee. The donuts were good but can’t say the same for the drinks. The drinks tasted way too strong.

The food was trash. They didn't include the sausage in our wrap. It had a half egg and burnt cheese. The hashbrowns were cold and same with chicken wrap.

Coffee was ok. It closes much earlier than everything else in the lodge. We ordered a donut for my daughter and waited forever before asking the workers about it. They said oh yeah we were out of that one.. sooo were you going to offer a different flavor or a refund?? It was an odd experience. Donut was very dry.

Slow and inattentive. Placed an order for 6 donuts and nobody could figure out what to do. Line was backed up out the door with no orders moving. Definitely don't waste your time .
