I was a regular customer until this morning. I don’t drive and use the walk up. The associate told me it they were not taking walk ups at the time. I asked if I could wait in the car line to order my coffee. He said, “not really” and seemed confused and annoyed by my question. I took my money elsewhere. I won’t be coming back. Maybe have a better system for your pedestrian customers.
