My favorite location out of the other nearby locations. Love that the drive-thru is long and doesn't block others. Drinks are always consistent.

This location looks rundown, not in a good part of town. At night doesn't seem safe. First time going here when I googled to find it. The service was fairly fast . It did seem to be run by a much younger set of employees then I am used to. Looks to need more leadership. The drinks turn out ok. Could have used a bit more ice and the drinks mixed more precisely. May go back in the day time but certainly not at night.
They always seem to use being short staff for the lack of customer acknowledgement. They see you waiting at the window but no greeting. Lack of customer service is crucial, going back to lathrop location because they seem more interested in their customers.

Had to use the drive-thru so no in-house experience but the coffee guys there are great and super friendly and by far I probably had the best frappuccino in a hot minute. Line can get long but it doesn't seem that way since it moves pretty fast highly recommend going to the Manteca location
