This is a family owned mainstay of downtown Manteca. Very small and quite kitschy (dated). Came in with the parents who frequent often. They like the quaintness. The menu and food is pretty basic, and straightforward. Nothing exciting, but you know what you can expect here. My big complaint is the number of flies that were extremely annoying throughout the meal. We had to keep one hand free to swat them away constantly.
Had brunch. Was the quintessential ‘American’ (US) diner meal. The food was excellent and plentiful. The young lady who served our table was super personable and a sweetheart. Met Frank who was as nice as can be, extremely welcoming and engaging. We don’t live in the area but visit the Central Valley at least once a year. Can’t wait to return to Frank’s next time we’re in the area.
I was sat, waited on, and served very quickly. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is delicious. I had a Sunrise Sandwich with bacon and hash browns
