Hob Nob Hot Dogs- Family Owned

Worst place i ever ate I wanted a hot link the person at the counter taking my order tells me they are out. So my husband and I order two beef Kasper hotdogs and ask for two shakes then he tells us he can't make the shakes. We live about a block away, when we sit to eat are hotdogs they are cold. So disappointed in this place will never go again the service was lousy we waited to long for are order only one person working and the price we payed for two Kasper hotdogs was to much $16 👎 Next time i will go to Costco for a $1.99 you get a beef hotdog and a soda.

The hot dog took 15 minutes or more and it was not cooked. The hot dog may have Casper’s name on the package but what a disappointment. You need to steam bun and hot dog. Cook hotdog until done. Treat yourself and go to the Bay Area for a real Casper’s hot dog OR go to Dads hotdogs in Stockton.

The employees are very friendly service is good food is good. They get your food out in a timely Manner. Restaurant is very clean, they have an outside patio Which will be nice to sit at in the spring and summer evenings.

I’ve been going to this place for years never really had a problem until just recently. Hotdogs are cold today hotdog cold bread, dry, and crunchy. Total waste of money. Caspers needs to take their hotdogs out of there. They are giving them a bad name. I should’ve known when I pulled up there during lunchtime. There’s not one customer in the place. Don’t waste your time or money. New owner doesn’t care

Well Hob Nob you got me again. I like your food but service has always been an issue. Agter about a year I decided to give it another shot today. I placed my order on Door Dash. Got to the store about 15 minutes later and the employee hadn't turned on Door Dash, so never got my order. I waited and this is the product I got. $6.00 for a Frito boat with about 10 chips in it. I asked the employee if this was correct because the quantity of food looks much less than I remember. He confirmed this is how a Frito boat should look. I won't be back, ever.

Edited to respond to the owners dismissal of customer complaints. I took the jalapeño peppers of because I didn't want them. They were an extra item on the menu to select if wanted and I did not select. Your own menu states a Frito boat is chips, chili, and cheese. So yes, I did have the unwanted after taste of the peppers on the boat. And, that is exactly the tray of food your employee handed me. It did shift in the bag provided. When I originally opened at the store, there was a small layer that covered the entire bottom of the tray. Here is the photo I took before leaving your parking lot. I have received your message you no longer want me as a customer. No worries, I won't return. Maybe go back to the ice cream cone stand. That was when you had a good product and good customer service.

These were the worst hot dogs I’ve ever had. I ordered a Casper cheese dog, extra mustard and a kraut dog, extra mustard. To go! I get home and to my surprise, the Casper Cheese dog had no cheese and the Kraut dog….well you decide. The franks were cold inside after waiting 10 mins for him to cook them. I called to express the disappointment and the guy who made them said he was the manager. He also said they only use a spoonful of kraut! Didn’t try to make things right. If you’re going to be in a business and you put Casper on your window at least try! Oh and they were not cheap!!! Costco $1.50 better choice.

The quality of the hotdogs beats the Dublin Caspers by far. My food was hot, prepared quick and had great presentation. I was impressed enough i had to let you know the dogs were worth the price. The owner delivered my milkshake to my table and put the whipped cream on my shake after asking. I went here to cheer myself up after a long day, and it worked. Thank you so much

$18 hot dog!! It's a no for me. Either it's super expensive and not worth it or they stole my money. Either way not good.

Food was great. Had a Casper’s and a hot link - both delicious. Can’t buy a family 4 pack for $10 anymore, but that is prolly going too far back for most to remember. Highly recommended. Looking forward to going back to try an Atlanta Haut Dog!

We moved from Stockton earlier this year. We use to visit hot dog restaurant out there on occasion, to which we enjoyed. Hob Nob is now my new favorite place to get delicious hot dog. We we’ll be back, regularly.

Place is good, decent hotdog. I do recommend the Atlanta dog. The only thing I personally did not like that was a let down is their Strawberry Milk Shake. It was very runny almost like no thickness to it, and it had way to much strawberry flavoring. Almost like it was overly saturated with that Strawberry Hersheys flavoring. Prices are a little steep, but quality of hotdog does make up for it.

I left a prior review as a former employee to warn other about why they shouldn’t eat here due to unsanitary conditions and the owner messaged me threatening to sue me. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It was alright at best.how this place has over a 4 star rating speaks volumes of Manteca standards. the 1 worker there was sitting down with his GF on the customer tables. took everyone's order then finally made my hot dog 15 minutes later. I wasnt too concerned about that but the food itself wasnt good. a messy tasteless slop of hog wash. True diservice to the world famous weenies they have.
