Admittedly I don't eat at JITB very often, and was disappointed that the sausage grande breakfast burrito is no more. Was able to get the meat lover's and sub out the bacon and ham for more sausage, but it was missing that all important creamy Sriracha sauce.
Was pleased to get French fries cooked in fresh oil that was not burned (ie read my review of the another location on So Main St that should be shut down).

Ordered food on Uber Eats. My driver was phenomenal and great. BUT this location forgot to add RANCH that i deliberately asked for.. I even got 7 stuff jalapeños. No ranch.. nada. Like okay… out here raw doggin it. ?♀️?♀️

Revised this. I was dumb enough to give this location another chance, and they left me and another customer standing in line in the lobby for at least 10 minutes. Never even acknowledged us. We both left. I went to the other location across town, and they were great. Your employees are not providing good customer service. They aren't even trying.
