The drive thru cashier was very sweet. But when I called to let them know I was not given an item, the manager argued I didn't even order that. I told her I have the receipt, but she argued that my meal didn't even come with the item... BUT IT'S ON MY RECEIPT! She continued to argue, there's no winning, I just hung up. Very unprofessional, reflects very poorly on this location.

June 25 2025 about 11 am. I ordered a buttery smash sandwich and I have been sick to my stomach with vomiting and diarrhea. When I was almost done with the sandwich. I opened up and looked. The mayonnaise was brown. I had gotten a smash jack burger before and it didn't make me sick this time it did. I wish you were employees would check to see if the food is no good or not before they send it out in drive-through now I never want to go to Jack-in-the-Box again.

Admittedly I don't eat at JITB very often, and was disappointed that the sausage grande breakfast burrito is no more. Was able to get the meat lover's and sub out the bacon and ham for more sausage, but it was missing that all important creamy Sriracha sauce.
Was pleased to get French fries cooked in fresh oil that was not burned (ie read my review of the another location on So Main St that should be shut down).

This is the worst jack in the box. I have come 3 times and every time it gets worst and worst. Will never buy food here again. Soggy and greasy all the times.
