Walked in, cashier was busy doing something else, needed a few minutes to make my decision. Cashier takes a phone order, another employee walks past the registers sees me waiting, does not acknowledge me, I continue to wait. I got impatient and left, not sure how busy they were as I was the only customer in the restaurant. Maybe it was me being hangry maybe it was the lack of actual customer service. No rating on the food as I didn't order anything. The place looked nice on the inside but hey, guess I am eating tacos instead of pizza tonight 😕

It's a solid Pizza place. My calzone was fine, maybe a bit too much Ham for me, but I did order the all meat, so sometimes it's like that. The Crust on it was excellent though. The Beer menu was fine, with most of the usual suspects for Northern California.
The facility was clean, the service was friendly, and the price was fair.

First time visiting here and had a really great experience! Visited for lunch and found the restaurant very clean and orderly.
The hostess Sukhi was very professional, helpful, and even patient while we were ordering, even though I had a lot of questions about the menu and was going back and forth about what I wanted (I apologized for the inconvenience as I am pregnant lol). She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome, made ordering a breeze!
When the pizza arrived (hawaiian/supreme) it was very colorful and looked juicy and amazing. The flavor was perfect and nothing was overcooked or greasy. All the ingredients were flavorful and fresh. I really liked how the crust was crispy on the bottom with the toppings being perfectly cooked on top.
Overall this restaurant was a great find and I can't stres enough that the service from Sukhi was excellent. We will be back again!

I’ve tried almost every pizza spot in Manteca, and nothing comes close to Jack’s Pizza! The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and loaded with toppings every time. You can really taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, the customer service is amazing — super friendly and welcoming. Hands down my favorite pizza spot in town

Just order a pizza and they sent it to the wrong house. We called Jack's pizza and they couldn't do anything. We called the driver he was rude as heck said he delivered it to the right house a house that is orange my house isn't orange it's white with green and he even said a man was waiting outside. Someone got my pizza and that pisses me off

Great pizza, great service, good atmosphere… we asked for a recommendation for a local pizza place and they led us this way. It did not disappoint!
We love to eat here... the remodel looks good... the pizzas good and the salad bar has a lot to choose from

Great spot with great food I always get a pepperoni pizza with an insanity bread on the side an it is always good even for leftovers!

This pizza is ????? we ordered take out, a large half cheese/half Jack's vegetarian and a large Jack's garlic chicken. The smell and taste were on point! Crust was well done with the right amount of sauce and fresh topping portions. Next time, we'll ask for more ranch/cheese/crushed pepper than what they gave us, considering the size of pizzas we got. Other than that, we'll definitely be back!

Honestly Staff didn’t seem too welcoming to a new customer such as myself. Tho it isn’t what was bothering me. I ordered a soda and it tasted contaminated. I try a beer on tap, it was okay! Pizza is just regular tomato sauce and cheese.. Nothing special unless you’ve had a few pitchers of beer. The cheesy bread was not terrible, a solid 6/10. Pizza 4/10. Potato wedges 7/10. While i was having my beer they wouldn’t let me get my food while i was drinking . Made zero sense but oh well. I could understand not letting me bring my beer for take out but i just wanted to have some pizza while i had my beer. Maybe I just have higher standards as Porkys Pizza Palace is my usual spot. For all that it was $54+ dollars. Which is more quantity for some places but quality let’s just say Mcdonalds served up a better pizza. Maybe the workers rubbed me off the wrong way, i didn’t see previous reviews. Maybe an off day for them
