I went here Aug 5 I seen they had Dubai strawberries so we ordered two the lady said they didn’t have the pistachio cream only the kafiti or what ever that is called… I thought maybe then won’t charge full price since it’s not even the full Dubai strawberries… no the woman charged me $15 each cup!!! and the chocolate was not even good it would get hard quickly! I’ve gotten Dubai strawberries (not here tho somewhere else) and the chocolate is usually very melty I am thinking like Nutella and with the cream and the kafiti it’s really good but this place was a rip off!! $31 for not even fully Dubai strawberries SMH I should have checked my receipt before I left the store to say something

Hands down the best ice cream spot in town! Every scoop is like a little taste of heaven — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The variety is amazing, from classic favorites to unique seasonal creations that keep me coming back for more. The staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. Plus, the shop’s vibe is cozy and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. If you love ice cream, this place is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough!

They never have what i want so if i want something its has to bee whatever they have also less product for more money their prices are ridiculous 😒 ..

It's here!!! How fortunate are we in this little town that's only had 31 Flavors to finally have choices! The store is absolutely sparkling clean, the inventory is moving there are people in there constantly the service is great the food is good the ice cream is great! I feel like we're stepping up finally. I know people are concerned about their money at this time but you get what you pay for. You can't find homemade coconut or tequila ice cream anywhere around here. I am so thankful. Choices are nice.

Dietary restrictions: I loved the Paletas and most of the ice cream is peanut free as I have sensitivity.

Parking: Huge parking lot and an option to park on either side of the building

Kid-friendliness: I have been there three times this week and there's always lots of kids inside

These people working in here are awesome! I’m only giving 3 stars because the owners having them working in crazy hot conditions with NO A/C. It was so hot in there. The temperature outside was cooler than in that place!!!! Ridiculous!!!! A call to the health department needs to be made!

The lady who tried to help me was very rude when I came. I politely was asking for an item I had gotten there recently and she getting rude when I tried to explain what it was because she kept directing me to something else. I tried to say it in Spanish and she just ignored me and called someone else to help me. He understood and told her and she just made a rude gesture as if I was annoying. I’ve never had a bad experience like this here before.

The owner should put more attention to this business. Everytime I go they are out of the most basic items.. nieve de limon, raspado de rompope and tostiloco ingredients. Also since when is nacho cheese an original topping for corn?
