HANDS DOWN THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have 5 stars. People are critical not knowing how hard it is to run a Restaraunt. La Playa your doing great. We come every week. 5 plus stars
This place never fails, but this time it did. I got Machaca but haven't ever seen it made with carne asada. It's usually shredded beef. Food is usually bomb though. Service is great. Workers are awesome.

I literally LOVE this restaurant, but not today. I usually receive pleasant service and good food. Today the young lady was SO RUDE. My order was wrong. I am polite. She was so exasperated at me. Argued it was correct. She needs to get in line with the business model. I see her again, I won't order.

The pastor tacos were good, dry but flavorful. The ladies at the register were kind and the atmosphere was good, I went during a down time so there wasn't many people there. It was a nice brunch and retreat from the heat.
