Super high prices for super small portions, and the food was so bland it was almost nasty. The chinese place that was here 8 years ago or so was great, this new place is garbage.

My expectation of the food was a typical Chinese takeout that tastes good but we all know is perhaps not the healthiest! The food was very ok and was a few notches below my expectations.Orange chicken was soggy and not crispy ?The teriyaki chicken was decent.The guy in there said the menu was displayed and we can look it up, the items weren’t labelled so we couldn’t really tell what was what. Labelling it is perhaps convenient for us too. There was nobody when I went in at 13:30 on a Sunday even though it is right by a grocery store.Quantity is huge and enough for two average meals.

Very small to go hole in the wall. Every food4less or foodmaxx location has that Chinese food on the side. If you wanted something more disappointing than panda Express. This is it. Welcome to Manteca where subpar food happens. This place has a terrible lack of options. Flavors were lacking like it was made for ignorant people who don't know what it's supposed to taste like. Prices weren't cheap. It was about as much as I spend at Panda Express. I suggest to this place get a new cook or close down or feed the homeless with it. Don't get sesame chicken. It's creamy mayo and something else. Just get the orange chicken. Every dish option looked old like it's been sitting there hoping to get sold. This is twice I been here and both times it's a disappointment.

Food is good but service is rude! I spent $126 here and I asked to try a sample of the pork and he has the audacity to say no too expensive ... last time were coming here .. there's no need to be that stingy especially if we are reoccurring customers who spend a good amount of money ..

Awesome sides. Not a fan of the chow mein too noodly for me, could use a lil more garlic or onion powder flavor idk what they use. Rice was maybe a 7 out of 10 I personally appreciate it cooked 5 minutes longer that's just me. His side are pretty tasty, I wish he had mushroom chicken at his steam table as it's a pretty popular dish! Also, honey walnut shrimp readily available at the steam table would be another smart option if he charged an extra fee for shrimp I'd understand but he should make it available. Customers would definitely love it and I bet he'd get more business ?

When I first discover this takeout place, there were a lot of variety of the dishes, and they give you big portion that's reasonably priced and the food were really good Chinese food.I haven't been buying takeout from them for a while so I was surprised to find out that the choice of dishes is very limited. Since I was ordering specially ordered dish, I don't know how tasty the dishes are. Also, it seems that the friendly male owner who was manning the front is now stationed at the back, may be cooking, and there is this lady manning the front who isn't as friendly as the man and very hard to understand what she is saying. The special dish that I ordered today didn't taste as good as before either so I'm quite disappointed for losing my one and only authentic Chinese restaurant in Manteca!
