Everything about this place is 5/5. Food is always great, with generous portions. Service is top notch, and the atmosphere is great where everyone seems to know everyone. Manny owns that grill and makes everyone feel welcome.
Stopped for breakfast Saturday morning on the way to Sac. Small place and very busy. The wait was only 10 minutes for 2 of us. Sat us at the bar. This place is not modern. Its an older building cafe. I think thats considered downtown. I may be wrong. I dont know Manteca all that well. I dont mind that kind of place at all. If modern is your thing, its not modern. It was cool because you can see them cook and appreciate how hard they were working while keeping great attitudes....
Let me tell you something..I’ve lived in the area for many years..but only within the last 5 years or so been dining here ever since..This little but mighty place is Great..It’s very consistent in service and food..let me tell you..come hungry for sure the portions are amazing..picture attached is of “Manny”
