Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal through the drive thru, they charged me twice. When I pointed it out, they argued saying they only charged once. Showed her the double charge and she said they would refund the 2nd amount. Now a month later we are still fighting to get the charge reversed. Manager Ene has NO customer service skills, and even though we have the documentation and charge history, is now trying to tell us we were never there.

Everytime they tell me to park in a number stall , no other customer is in the correct parking spot and today they didn't give me a receipt and someone was in my number they told me to get in . So I got the wrong order then tried to say that's what I ordered when I explained that I was supposed to be in parking #6 but somebody that is inconsiderate decided to just park there so I can't get that spot , they said we'll idk about that and walked off . I never got my food that I paid for and disputed it with my bank . The whole interaction is on my dashcam.

Today I’ve placed an order of black coffee, burger and fries…despite confirming mutiple times, they delivered different items.
Coffee was literally cold, no hot at all …waste of money

Im surprised this is rated a 3.3 I used to live at the motel 6 for like 5 years and I always went here. I rarely had a mistake on my order and they wouldn't give me a problem if I told em it was wrong. Like maybe 3 or 4 times the burgers were too dry. But it was super busy and I know when it gets hectic during dinner rush. This location always busy too and I still get mostly hot food. And wait times weren't that bad. Came here the other day since I was in the area again and it was the same great quality and freshness. 🫡
