Service has alot to be desired. They refuse to bring your order to your table and Yell out your table number from the counter. My wife is handicapped and orders from the app for this reason. This is the only McDonald's that refuses to bring your order to your table. Everywhere else i have been brings your order with a smile. Corporate should really do something about this place on Yosemite and Union in Manteca.

I walked in this place on a Monday morning at 7:30 in the morning. Not a soul in the place both. It was not a clean table at all and the place is very dirty. I hear a bunch of people yapping in the back but no one doing her job out here in the lobby

I ordered 3 meals by curbside, when I arrived home I realized that there was no fries :( ,sadly I was too far to return to complaint about it , it was a bad experience paying more than $50 and getting no fries 🍟

Went to go for a late night meal and waited 10 minutes in the drive through because no one inside informed that they closed at midnight, yet the drive through menu sign was still on. Admittedly, I could have checked the hours first before going but I assumed since the other McDonald's close at 1 in the morning I thought it was okay. Main worker didn't even open the drive though window and apologized, just hand gestured to say we are closed. Now I a hungry :( (at least at the time of writting this)

I buy 3 to 4 times a week at this restaurant because it is close to my work but today they disappointed me. I placed my order to pick up at the drive-thru but since the line was long I went to the dine-in and they didn't want to give me my order until I went through the drive-thru and they didn't even give me a drink holder for my 3 drinks. Terrible service today.

The last time I ordered food. I had trouble with the online app. I ordered for pick up. I had to go inside. I waited for someone to help me. I see employees looking at me, and I finally yell out can someone help me? A gentleman came up to the counter and checked my order and then went to check in the back brought my order back and handed me my food, and did apologize When my family got there food out of the bag the fries were cold and looked like they had been sitting for awhile. Ordered w large fries and one was not even half full. Didn't find any loose on the bag. This is the last time I will be going to this Mc Donald's.

The manger Amelia was very helpful and unproblematic about helping us with an issues on an order of nuggets that another McDonald’s messed up. She definitely is good at her job and would recommend going to this McDonald’s over the one by Home Depot

My food is correct 99% of the time and when it isn’t they fix it. Employees haven’t been rude but aren’t peppy either. I always go through the drive thru so no idea about the inside but outside always looks good
