They mess up orders here. I ordered curb side pick up and when they handed me my food in the car.. I was missing large fries so I went inside with the bag telling them and they kept questioning me “are you sure?”…YES I am sure. I even let them inspect my bag and they finally gave me my large fries.

Have to wait 1hr for our food . My granddaughter was so hungry that she fall asleep. And my other granddaughter was crying because she was so hungry. She ordered kids meal and it took 1hr to get it. With 3 sandwiches and 4pieces strips. I thought McDonald is a fast food service. Employees were so rude unprofessional no customer service. No greeting at all. No body should go to that restaurant. Employees to retrain and teach about customer service. Hope the owner knows what’s going on in these restaurant

October 8, 2025 7:20 AM lady working the register is super def !! My voice was loud and deep and she still could not understand a thing I said . Ordered a meal and pulled up to receive 2 meals . I asked for A meal and A orange juice I have no clue how she head anything about 2 . Guess I should have really checked over her work . I’ll never go back tho cuz it ain’t my job to fix your workers . Wasted my money on another meal I don’t want or need .

One of the worst McDonalds Ive ever visited. Long, slow lines, no customer service, and they forgot several items.
I literally ordered a @McChicken and everyone knows that with a 1 McChicken chicken burger then we get the other burger for a dollar or something but they charge me whole price for two burgers around $9.75 secondly my burgers taste like they were made hour or two hour ago and They just microwaved it and sent it to me. It was stale the buns were outdated and stale too it tasted it tasted like a tissue with Patty inside and with some sauces it was that gross m not joking guys was so gross that I never had a McDonald’s burger like that before as we know that McDonald’s is known for their authentic McChicken or Mac burgers but This burger was totally a disgrace to quality and one star burger I could say I expected way more from McDonald’s as I used to order from this restaurant time and again, but today they disappointed me so much after eating the burger I literally had a vomit two times not lying. It was that bad. I don’t recommend you guys to order online from this restaurant if you really wanna go if you really wanna eat food from this restaurant, just go over there so that you can see what they’re preparing and you can complain right away if you are getting something wrong thank you.

Stopped here Sunday night 8/17 after a long drive and the drive-thru speaker was ridiculously loud. It was so loud it hurt my ears and even scared my son awake. On top of that, the girl taking the order kept yelling and gave attitude saying she couldn’t hear me. Someone really needs to check that speaker—it’s not just loud, it’s over the top
