The drive through is so slow with just having one lane instead of 2 it takes up to 10min to get my order which is always just a soda I think they are understaffed the only reason I keep coming here is because my work is literally down the street! today I decided to just get off and get my drink from the convenient store next door

I work at Amazon as a delivery driver. On the job, I ordered a 5 dollar meal because I thought it was a quick 5 dollar meal you right? No I was waiting for 15 minutes when I went up to the counter to tell them I see my bag and I’ve been waiting for a while now when they told me they were gonna prep it. I waited another 10 minutes until I HAD to leave and my food was still not done. So I couldn’t cancel my order since it was “prepped” (even though I saw my bag just sitting there for 20 minutes) , almost got in trouble at my job for being late and I didn’t even get my food. Probably worst experience I’ve ever had. It wasn’t about the money it was about the fact that I had to wait almost half an hour for a damn 5 dollar meal and I couldn’t even get my refund back.

Everytime I come to this location I’m met with passive aggression and nasty attitudes, who is their store manager or gm? Because that’s totally unacceptable and just because their employees are having a bad day they don’t need to take it out on their customers, not only that but they take forever for any little thing. If I can describe this McDonald’s location in one word it would be pathetic.

Fiance went to pickup our already placed order from app. Manager said they wouldnt make it because they were closed even though google, app, and website states its a 24 hour store. At least update your information. 24+ hours for a refund as well, so couldnt even order somewhere else.

Drive thru sucks. Tried to give us wrong order. Then they were confused on what we ordered. Then had to wait in the spot while 4 people behind us got their food. And then they came out with our food they were still missing some of our order and we had to wait even longer.
