I used the Mobile App and drove over to pick up my order. Pulled in the lot and told the App my parking space number. They brought me my order but failed to give me my fries. I also checked the food and it was cold. So I went inside and let them know and asked them to remake it. The fries were hot, but the rest of it was still cold. I dont think they remade it. Seems like drive-thru is the best way to get hot food if your going to pick it up, however it seems most fast food places seem to get your order wrong. You must check your order before you drive away. And to think they get paid $20 bucks an hour!

The manager is rude loud very unprofessional. She couldn't find the ticket for my mobile order so she refused to give me my food even after I showed her my confirmation email. After leaving me standing there for over 15min she said I haven't checked this machine let me check it. There my ticket was hanging out of it. Embarrassed she went got my food sat it down in front of me and walked off. The biscuit was hard stale and cold like it was old. I won't go back to this location until she's replaced. Don't waste your money here.

This place is horrible I went to their drive through 2 times and one my food was cold or my food was not cooked fresh and fries hard and over cooked when a manager stated something another said no there can’t do that they are true to there word and is not providing client satisfaction would not go here again

When I went thru the drive thru they said they weren’t taking orders yet I see them handing out a bunch of food to other customers and the other cars in front of us and behind us were still receiving their orders

We went few mins before closing the staff were super friendly the food was amazing they gave us a free cookie the floors were a bit dirty but ok
The drive through is so slow with just having one lane instead of 2 it takes up to 10min to get my order which is always just a soda I think they are understaffed the only reason I keep coming here is because my work is literally down the street! today I decided to just get off and get my drink from the convenient store next door

I work at Amazon as a delivery driver. On the job, I ordered a 5 dollar meal because I thought it was a quick 5 dollar meal you right? No I was waiting for 15 minutes when I went up to the counter to tell them I see my bag and I’ve been waiting for a while now when they told me they were gonna prep it. I waited another 10 minutes until I HAD to leave and my food was still not done. So I couldn’t cancel my order since it was “prepped” (even though I saw my bag just sitting there for 20 minutes) , almost got in trouble at my job for being late and I didn’t even get my food. Probably worst experience I’ve ever had. It wasn’t about the money it was about the fact that I had to wait almost half an hour for a damn 5 dollar meal and I couldn’t even get my refund back.

A lady, possibly a manager was talking rudely to a woman elderly lady who was working there. And didn’t provide much of any help to the older lady. The other workers were making but t she was rude
