I used the Mobile App and drove over to pick up my order. Pulled in the lot and told the App my parking space number. They brought me my order but failed to give me my fries. I also checked the food and it was cold. So I went inside and let them know and asked them to remake it. The fries were hot, but the rest of it was still cold. I dont think they remade it. Seems like drive-thru is the best way to get hot food if your going to pick it up, however it seems most fast food places...

Take my pecino (he doesn't know how to say neighbor) and he calls me pecina ?? I want McDonald's. Well, let's go my son to buy his happy meal, it's the best, he loves it and we love taking him to enjoy his burger ?

I have to say with out a doubt I will be returning more often I had a bad experience turned into the beat one of my life and for that I really thank the management/ GenesisFor her professional, understanding and supportive attitude towards making it right without any problems if the corporation is viewing this she is a prime example of management and must be recognized
