Delicious Thai food and service. We ordered Tom yum soup, papaya salad, fried catfish with veggies and chicken barbecue. I was also moved by the gesture of the girl ( who works there )brought water for my dog even without asking. They have a table outside for outdoor dining so we brought our dog also. Overall good Thai food and place. Will be going there for Thai food everytime I am in Manteca.

Ordered beef salad and pineapple fried rice. It took them 50 minutes to get it. This has to be the worst Thai beef salad i ever had. Will go to Ripon or Tracy for Thai food from now on. It is really sad restaurant. The rice was just as bad

Great food out here, I’ve been to so many Thai restaurants but this is real good green curry out here. Family owned business. Amazing guy at the front desk too.

First time and the food was very good. PJ was a great host and server. They have a huge variety on the menu. And if you like your Thai food spicy this is the place. My eyes and nose were running when I asked for the hot stuff. Will be going back asap!

Just had lunch here. Food is good. I had the house special fried rice and cat fish dish, can't remember the name, but it's really good. Had to order extra steamed rice. Also got chicken satay for my toddler who is a picky eater, I just had to convince him to take the first bite and he munched it down. The guy at the restaurant is also very kind.

A very amazing surprise, we almost missed it Because the sign wasn't lit. We loved the food, veg pumpkin curry, veg Pad Kee mao, yellow curry and pot stickers. Everything was served fast, seasoned so well and delicious!Super accommodating server, it was such a pleasant time chatting with him.Would absolutely come eat here again!

My first time ordering food from CHIM's and I was not impressed. Disappointed, really, because the food was really bad. So I ordered the pineapple fried rice and seafood tom yum out of convenience because I happened to be in the area. Everybody who makes fried rice knows to use day-old rice because it's drier and gives a better texture. This fried rice was mushy. To top it off, they added a lot of turmeric in it, which isn't typical of fried rice, but I thought maybe it was just for coloring. Well, the flavor of the turmeric was very strong and overpowered everything else that was in it. And then there were raisins. Why???!!! Just don't add raisins in savory dishes, people. They just didn't quite go well with the dish and became mushy as well. The only part of the fried rice that was dry was the chicken breast. There were also 3 to 4 pineapple chunks in there, which felt like an afterthought. Overall, this fried rice was pretty bad from flavor to texture. None of the ingredients meshed well together.... And then there's the tom yum. Well, quite frankly, I think they didn't give me tom yum because this soup had coconut cream in it. Not what I asked for. There was so much cream in it, that the seafood looked like they were swimming in dessert juice. The only presence of vegetables were some lemongrass and slices of onions. I can't say I enjoyed this soup. I didn't enjoy any of the dishes and didn't finish any of them. $36 (including tips) down the drain. Sigh.... I understand businesses are struggling during this pandemic but if you want to do well, you must deliver the product. This place just didn't deliver. I hope they improve their recipes but I won't be returning.

Ordered to-go. When I got home and opened the bag I noticed the cook forgot to add rice to one of the dishes. Pretty big mistake considering it was fried rice. Pad Thai used round vermicelli noodles, strange choice for Pad Thai. Asked for chicken on the Pad Thai, got tofu. Asked for mild spice on both dishes, got absolutely no spice. At a certain point it became amusing how badly he messed up the order.

Best Thai food in the area.

This, in my opinion, is the best Thai food in the Stockton metropolis. Very authentic roots, the fairest prices, and the coolest curry options. It's run by a family and they have the most adorable son! Come out and support these guys, the food is terrific for the price.

Not too bad I guess even. Tho the sushi smelled questionable then again so do I.
