Literally waited 40 MINUTES in the drive through for my small order and there was only one car with 2 people in front of me. They didn't even come to the window until min 35 to tell me they were waiting on the shrimp. Literally the fastest food to cook. Ridiculous, almost wanted to drive away but they had already charged me. Don't go unless you have a lot of time.

Had the three different types meats number 4 yesterday. It made me sick immediately after eating it. I took it back and got my money back. I will never go here again.

We ordered 2 mini meals with some changes and they srewed up one of the orders but immediately made it right. The food is always good and the service was great fixing a problem. Teryaki chicken and katsu chicken.

Do not order from them .. I order online and waited 3 hours that's when they about to close and they cancel the order saying the driver couldn't make the delivery.. they should of let me know after an hour so I can order from somewhere else.. terrible service and they trying to blame deliveries
Two star because I wish they would give the place a deep deep clean. The place has not been open for more than two years and it looks as if they hired my ten year old to clean the place regularly. Hope that gives you a good visual. It's pretty grimey. The food was on point the first year it was open... Now, to avoid disappointment, we ask in advance that all good be freshly made and get particular on what we expect. It's not that we're being picky, we just know what kind of food their franchise puts out and so we hold them to that standard.

I don't make it to Ono Hawaiian BBQ too often, but when I do I usually get the kalua pork.And the Ono Hawaiian BBQ over by Home depot has a drive-thru.

Good as always the only 2 little take aways from this last trip there. I got the pick 2 asked for Katsu and bbq beef ended up getting bbq chicken and bbq beef. Also we did not get macaroni salad in either of our meals which is what we really love. Instead it was just a regular salad. Like I said still delicious but was hoping you get what you order and pay for.
