I decided to have lunch here this past Sunday.. walked in and they were so backed up on orders… there were about 6 people just waiting on food to be made they had ordered. I ordered my food which was already prepared then proceeded to wait about 10 mins for them to realize I was not waiting for my food to be made but already in boxes. I understand there were other people in front of me but there were waiting on their food to be made. Mine was already prepared and boxed. Instead of the manager taking it over to the cashier immediately, he just set it down, not saying a word to the employee and moved on. A simple “this one is good to go” would have been good.
Manager needs to work on communication.

In the Eggplant tofu that I picked up now, you guys didn't cook eggplant at all - I couldn't eat even one piece of eggplant.. Next time please cook it well to other customers.

The lady serving me messed up my food, the place was sorta dirty. For example there was some bits of dust and trash lying around. I liked the food but, like I said earlier the lady messed up my order.

Then waited another 15 min for chow mein even though I was told 6. When I asked for my food I was told I had to wait “1 minute” for Beijing beef, which I didn’t know was out. I saw customer after customer get served and leave while I was waiting.
30 MINUTES to get my food. I have not experienced this in Chic fil A, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Chipotle, etc. Never.
The food was great 5/5 as usual and staff were courteous/professional, but for a customer to wait 30 MINUTES for food is completely unacceptable.

Staff were very friendly and food was fresh tasting. Cooked really well. My whole family, husband and two kids, both enjoyed it very much. Their veggies cooked perfectly. And kids portion very good. Would come back again when I’m in the area from wolf lodge!
I always love the food, but it sure depends on the server for the the size of the scoop! I ordered a 3 entree plate of 2 scoops of orange chicken and 1 scoop of Kung pow chicken. The server was chintzy with the scoops 😒

Food was horrible. The deep fried cream cheese item was the worst that I have ever had. the broccoli and beef had a good flavor but the broccoli was old and very chewy. Chow man and fried rice was very dry. The only thing that was good was the coconut shrimp. Never again!
