For being a Panera in Manteca, the restrooms at this location are beyond disgusting. I just had lunch there today and used the women’s restroom The urine smell was so bad I had to walk out.

Placed an order through the app for pickup in the drive thru. Gave me an eta of 10 minutes for a drink. Once I got there and even after waiting through the line, it had been 20 minutes past the eta and it still wasn’t ready

Their customer service is so bad I dread having to meet people here. I understand that you get paid less than other fast food workers and that customers themselves are often terrible, but it's your job to do customer service. The conditions of that task do not determine your ability to fulfill that task.

I've placed many orders for breakfast sandwiches for our employees from this place and while the food is good, the service has been terrible. Last time I placed a large order (20ish), they told me to call the next time. Called today and was placed on hold for 10min before trying again. When i got through, I was told to place it online. When I told them that I was instructed to call ahead the next time, they didn't even ask how many I needed and said they were too busy today and hung up the phone. I hope someone who is actually a stakeholder in the business reads these.
