Ordered on the app for rapid pick up. Once I arrived, I didn't see my order so I waited for awhile with no help at all. There was a couple other people waiting for their rapid pick up and very confused but no staff seem to care at all with no type of customer service whatsoever. VERY DISORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to wait in line ( beats the purpose of rapid pick up) waited 10 minutes before being able to talk to anyone. Once I did get a chance, the cashier lady didn't seem to have any care whatsoever. She simply said to ask another staff member. The extra step to ask for my "rapid shelf pick up" was stupid enough already. Finally got my order since there was an unnecessary extra step when it was supposed to be placed in the rapid pick up shelfs. NEVER COMING TO THIS PANERA AGAIN!

The overall layout of the pickup and dining areas is really terrible. If you want to use the kiosk to order, they are located in the dining area right beside dining tables. The kiosk ordering process is cumbersome and confusing to say the least. The dining area tables and floor were dirty. Where you pick up your meal is hidden behind a wall with a sign board to show your name. But it's pretty much hidden, so you must move to a place where you can see that board. There were a large number of people occupying tables that were not dining here.. they were all utilizing the free wifi...and using their own cups to take the coffee and/or soda...someone needs to manage this activity. Even if you can overlook the physical issues of this place, the food itself was really NOT good. Too much bread, minimal amount of protein (meat or chicken), and just flavorless. I promise myself never to come close to a Panera again.

I went in late and the service was just as awesome as when I come during the day. Our service person was really nice and funny. The atmosphere was relaxing and private. I had the Chilli bowl.

I am quite dissatisfied with the customer service I encountered at Panera. I had placed an online order for 13 bagels and additional bread for pickup on Saturday, but due to an emergency that required me to leave town, I was unable to collect my order. When I called to address this issue, the representative was quite rude, stating that it was not her responsibility that I had an emergency or that I failed to pick up my order. Furthermore, when I inquired about why I had not received a call regarding my order, she informed me that they are not responsible for contacting customers.

Went to pick up my order since I did pick up. I pulled up to the drive through since it was completely empty and I had no shoes on, the girl said i would have to come in to pick up. I tod her again i dont have any shoes on and she told me she cant make an exception for 1 customer. Its really odd because nobody was there and usually so shoes no service which its 10am i just hopped in the car to pick up my order before my son woke up. So i go in leaving my phone in the car , everybody in there has a rude look on there face then they tell me i need to now show them my phone which is in the car. So i go out to get it shoeless of course come back in the girl is like i dont see a name on the order like for gods sake it was only a bagel and a sandwich im not going around trying to steal peoples order. I just am very unhappy with this company now and how i was treated when i spend money with them weekly and shouldn't have been a big deal to give me my order through the drive thru this time since i have picked up door dashes by drive thru with other places, but clearly they didnt care i had no shoes on and its 54 degrees outside. So im happy to take my business else where.

I enjoyed going there. I don't go often. I picked up sourdough bread, and the associate sliced the bread and put it in a bag. Service was excellent!

Great place for meeting with friends. Comfortable seating with light soothing music. Their coffee is far superior to Starbucks (no need to add all the sweet syrup to make the awful burnt coffee palatable). Their coffee is really good. Great pastries, cookies, deli style sandwiches, soups, and quiche. Pleasant atmosphere. This is a favorite place of ours.
