I placed my oder at 11am for pick up at 130pm told I had to wait for 20 for minutes I placed my oder before I had to go in to work and u only have 2 employees up front working on a busy day I know its only $2 but come on get your stuff together and to top it off what a waste of time and a big let down

We ordered a pizza online and came and picked it up ourselves. When we went to pay she then turned gave my husband the receipt to sign and said to put a tip on it. My husband said “I’m not tipping when it’s carry out and I’m coming in to get my stuff”. She then got all huffy and made some sounds ah. And then said with an attitude do you want your receipt. This tipping stuff is out of control. They make you feel like you’re the bad person if you don’t tip. You come to work. You make the food. You ring me up. You didn’t do anything above and beyond to deserve or earn a tip. Smh

This store is the worst. I have never seen worse service than this. It took me an hour to complete the order. My pickup time was 7:00 PM. But they gave me the pickup at 9:00 PM. I don't even know how to talk to them. I have to name one of their staff and name was Liza who doesn't know how to talk to customers. She told me to come here and do the work myself. When I said that, I said you can pay me 45 to 50 dollars an hour. Then she became silent. They have no idea how to work or talk to customers. I don't recommend anyone to go here and take orders for so much money.

Waited 20 minutes to pick up my order that was ready 10 minutes before I got there. I also order pan pizza crust and paid extra for more topping and that pan crust. When they finally gave me my order they didn't even tell me that it was the wrong crust and it wasn't the one I paid for. I only go to this location because it's the closest but I might just have to drive further to get better service. I also called but no one picked up

❌❌❌❌❌This is the worst pizza place I have ever been to. They give me a wrong pizza and when I call them they are straight up rude about it. They told me they are gonna make the pizza and it’s gonna be ready for me to pick up but clearly it wasn’t. They waited for me to get there and I heard the girls talking to start making the pizza. They lied to me to my face that it’s gonna be ready in a couple of minutes. And when I asked them about it the cashier just ignored me and left!!! They are soo racist too. There was a white delivery guy waiting too and they offered him a free drink. And me despite of getting wrong pizza don’t even get an apology for that wow!!!!

Pizza was cold and dry when it got here. I asked for extra sauce on all pizzas and it barely had any sauce. On top of that it was cold and door dash driver took forever to deliver. As much as a single pizza costs they need to make sure they’re serving and giving you what you pay for and asked for.

Showed up to pick up my pizza and they had given it to another customer intentionally because I showed up in 30 minutes instead of 25 minutes. I've been here plenty of times even later and never had this problem. This place has definitely gone down, including the magager(ment). Zero stars across the board!!
