Worst pizza hut pizza ever!!! Whats up with the crust having mozzarella and not cheddar spent 65 bucks pizza dry flat and barely warm no sauce for breadsticks only one glaze pack for cinnastix... meat sauce pasta made wrong and 3/4 full and dried out...the pizza was awful...will not be back!!!!

My husband drove there from Stockton last night to pick up an order. He asked for the order under my name because he thought that's what I put it in the staff gave him an order for Melissa. Without checking the phone number or last name. My husband got home and we discovered that the order was wrong He then drove all the way back from Stockton to return the order. At first the staff was apologetic and offered a free dessert . But then once we all realized that it was an order mix up they told my husband it was his fault and then gave him our old food that had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. I'm just disappointed in the way that they treated my husband. It definitely was a mistake but because there are a lot of people with the same name I just feel like they should have checked. My husband still wasted a lot of gas to come back and return that order and If they gave that order to the other person that's terrible too because all of that food had just been sitting around ??♀️ . Mistakes were made But the staff could have made it better and I am going to be reaching out to corporate.

No extra sauce. No sauce. Ordered extra sauce extra cheese. No extra cheese on pizza if anything was lacking cheese. The 3 bucks for extra cheese. Sauce was so thin when cheese was pulled away from dough had no red color except for the very edges. Wound up eating all the crust cuz the rest of the pizza was so dry.

I ordered by Internet curbside they say 15 minutes we wait 20 minutes and then my wife left to pick it up my wife, was waiting for almost 20 minutes and still nothing ready. I decided to cancel my order and put a bad review and go buy a Domino's Pizza

I homeschool my children and participate in the book it program. I always ordered my children's rewards without any problem. I was nursing my newborn and unable to do so. Not only that I requested contactless delivery because I have a high risk individual for COVID in my home. Hence why we homeschool. I wasn't going to get upset about this until I opened my child's pizza and there was hair on the pizza. Randy was very rude when I called to discuss this with him. He even went as far as to question why I was calling back so late when again I have newborn... I'm disgusted by Randy's lack of professionalism and his excuse for the hair on the pizza was "it's fast food. Things like that happen." On the book it reward it says you can redeem online as one of the three ways to redeem to which Randy said it was not. Again Randy needs to be trained again on how to handle customers and proper cleanliness of his store.

You have to go to an overseas call center just to order a pizza and if there's something wrong with the pizza you actually have to call the overseas call center again you can not just call the actual store

The staff were ok! They seemed busy; I saw lots of pizzas on deck when I entered to get mines. At least one Pizza Hut worked smiled and greeted.The pizza was delicious! I ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni. I don't mind ordering from this location again.

Never received my delivery, waited 2 hours and nothing. Ended up calling them and they said they went to the wrong house. Never even got an update, customer service here is terrible and everyone seems extremely inexperienced. Thank you to Dominos for the efficient and fast delivery
