Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Toast is good. Sauce is great. Chicken disgusting consistently ends up slimy, bread coating falling off, and chewy like it wasn't cooked right. I even tried asking for it extra crisp this time if anything it was slimier than usual. Also the drive thru reeked of weed not sure if it was the attendant taking orders or someone nearby but it was bad.

When I'm in the mood for chicken strips or a quick tasty snack, this is one of my go to restaurants. The food is consistently fresh and good. There was only one time I had an extended wait for my order due to a little league team having ordered just before me. When my order was ready, I was given a gift card for another meal as a Thank you for have to wait! Being acknowledged in such a manner was pretty awesome! 😎 Will continue to eat here 🙂

Excellent food but service calls for customer when food is ready needs improvement. Rather than calling out names which is sometimes not accurate they should call out order numbers. Dining in atmosphere too noisy with music a bit too loud.

I've been disappointed with the portion size of the fries on multiple visits, especially given the cost of the meal. It consistently feels like I receive a meager handful, which cheapens the overall experience. To improve customer satisfaction and perceived value, please consider loading the fry containers appropriately.
​This lack of care extends beyond just the fries. The last time I visited, I ordered a family meal and specifically requested six sauces. I even confirmed with the cashier, who assured me they were in the bag. However, I got home and found zero sauces. Having to drive all the way back just to retrieve a confirmed item—only to be met with staff confusion—was incredibly frustrating.
​Taken together, the stingy portions and consistent service failures negatively impact my desire to come back. You need to improve your attention to detail on orders and ensure the serving sizes match the premium price.

Excellent flavor!

One word CHAOTIC. The music blasts, leaving you feeling like your in a busy train station instead of the restaurant so you just feel rushed and agitated. But the chicken is very tender and sauce tasty. I wish the managers would take a step back and realize that even the employees get distracted and aren't really present, just robotic working in that environment. Turn down the music so the employees are not only working to fulfill orders but are able to interact with customers' needs instead of trying to tune out the music which inadvertently causes employees to tune out customers as well!
