We all know the food is great, so my review is for the staff. THANK YOU ALL for your amazing service! It has been a long time since I’ve walked into a place and felt a happy atmosphere, I was immediately greeted and helped with the biggest smile! Staff had the restaurant neat and clean, as well as the outdoor dining area and parking lots. I will make the 2.5 hour drive in a heart beat solely for the service!! ?

Finally tried Raising canes. Everytime we have tried to go there is a long line but today we were lucky. We were expecting a lot since there has been a lot of hype. Honestly, the food was just ok. The toast everyone raves about was ok. Sizzlers cheesy toast is better, the chicken fingers themselves needed a boost in flavor, some of competitors near there have much better flavor in their chicken fingers. They were just mediocre chicken strips. The fries we got were all bits of broken crinkle fries and we could have cooked some up crispy at home with some store bought ones. The special sauce nothing to rave about.Overall we will not go back. We had two meals (6 chicken fingers, two pieces of toast, and leftover bits of fries) for $21+ is just not worth it to us. The plus side was that the service was super quick, the staff member we talked to was very friendly. Great service.

It was our first time as had heard about it a good joint. What we got is - Cold sandwich, Stale French fries that too in the right lunch busy hour around 1 PM....I complained to front desk and she took my name and cell phone number but never heard back ....They must have sold the number to fraudsters...Will think many times before I hit this joint again. Very disappointing...
