Please do yourself a favor and come here. Ridiculously good food and very, very fast service. Super friendly staff who will help you out if you are a bit confused and they will double check if you really want your ramen spicy! Black garlic ramen is the best on the menu, and treat yourself to the spam musubi on the side. Forgive the photo, I forgot to take it before I ate the egg, just too stoked to get into it.Vegetarian options: Veggie ramen, veggie tempura, great edamame

AJ at the front register was very pleasant to deal with, her staff in the kitchen produced delicious food. The restaurant was very clean, service was outstanding and the food, as always was great.
Today was are first day eating at this lovely restaurant here in Manteca! Me and my wife was not planning to eat anything but the menu outside caught our eyes and so we gave it a try. We loved everything! From the food to the Appetizers to the delicious ramen and will never forget the awesome hospitality and friendly service from AJ who is just a sweet awesome person that made our day with her awesome company.God bless you AJ and your family.

Love ramen. I am usually very satisfied here. Love the black garlic chicken.Last visit, they screwed up my order pretty good, attempted to fix it. Wasn't as satisfied this last visit, but the ramen I had was still good.

I'm not a huge fan of ramen, but my family is so we gave this place a try, and we will be coming back for more! Service is exceptionally friendly, fast, efficient, and accommodating despite the small dining area. We visited in the afternoon and it was busy, almost to full capacity. It's not an intimate setting as the tables are fairly close to each other and usually that is a drawback for me, but as I mentioned above, the friendly and fast service will get me to come back with those in my family that enjoy ramen. They do serve other dishes, like Katsu chicken and such, so I will likely try that next time

Great, very friendly service, delicious soups! Glad we stopped by at this place to try Ramen soup for the first time. It was so delicious, large portions, loaded with tasty noodles and many other fresh ingredients. The lady at the counter was so helpful, walked us through the menu, asked questions to make sure we select the right item. Highly recommend this 101 Ramen, and we will definitely be back!

Everything was great, the atmosphere was nice, calm and quiet, the cashier was very kind and handed out menus with pictures. (As an American I need my pictures to understand) but we ordered, I was talking with friends and had no idea how much time went by so it felt like our orders came out quick. Everything was, like I said, great. The broth of the ramen has a good taste, even with mild spice it wasn't TOO intense or TOO lacking it was a nice subtle taste of spicy. Genuinely had a good time, but got full rather quick due to having a large breakfast. I will say the chicken in the chicken ramen wasn't all that great...its taste and texture just wasn't for me. But that's a personal thing so that's not deserving of a 4 star rating. So I'm gonna round up and say 5 stars for everything else. Would come again and try a new item
