Food quality is the cheapest and it has probably been in the freezer for weeks, we asked for grilled steak and it had too much fat 80% fat. Pho was only boiled water
Service is the worst, waitress delivers food with a bad attitude
Stay away and go somewhere else.

Been wanting to try this place for mths now. Finally door dashed today. Sooo underwhelmed with Everything I order.
First off, I base my reviews of restaurants on that cusines signature dish. I do not compare restaurant to restaurant.
Second, the basic combo Pho is my goto order when first trying any Vietnamese restaurant. If they can master their pho broth, then I know the intuition of the chefs/cooks will playout in every other dish they offer.
I am one of those pho people that enjoy the broth at its purest state after simmering for hours. I do not pollute any pho broth by adding condiments. I had to compromise with RiceNRolls broth. I had to actually break my fish sauce outta fridge, just to add umami, and use the condiments provided. For me, this rarely happens with restaurant broth.
RiceNRoll broth had zero flavor, not just saltiness, but zero basic pho seasoning herbal flavor. One thing it did have was a decent beefy depth in the broth, that's the 2stars. I paid $16 for a large, I got 3 slices super thin brisket, 5 slices of rare beef, 3 strands of tripe, 1 cube of tendon, 2 slices of flank, I think. The meat to noodles ratio was lacking for the value of the price paid.
The spring rolls were fine. If anyone messes up spring rolls, just hang up the chef hat.
Ok, now, this is what threw me over the edge. I order a Vietnamese Coffee, light ice, less sugar. WTAF riceNroll?!!
I got a generic latte posing as a Vietnamese Coffee. Anyone who has had a Vietnamese Coffee understands the flavor profile. RiceNRoll Coffee had Zero, I mean ZERO boldness, not even a touch of the bitterness undertones, and why The Hell would you put creamer/halfnhalf in my Vietnamese Coffee. Where the hell was the condensed milk. I requested less sweet, Not less Vietnamese!
Yeah, so in conclusion. It is blantly apparent that most Ethic restaurants in small towns cater to the demographic. They can get away with less effort being put into showcasing a cusine in the best possible light without much backlash.
I'm so dissapoint I have yet to find a decent Vietnamese restaurant in Manteca. I have tried every single one. I live in Stockton but on the outskirts closer to Manteca and wish I didn't have to drive to north Stockton every time I wanted a decent bowl of Pho.
Someone sign my petition to bring at least 1 decent Vietnamese Restaurant to SouthSide Stockton! Everyone's scared if us ?

Food is delicious but 30 minutes for our drinks is ridiculous. Asked for a to-go box and he kept forgetting. Walked up with the water pitcher, I moved my glass to him and he just looked at it and walked away. With some better service this place would be 5 stars

The best comfort food one can have. Craving some pho on a cold night and wanted to try this place. Glad I decided to stop by. Wanted some pho but saw that they had some bun Bo hue, so I decide to go with that instead. The flavors of the broth was perfect. Usually I would need to add some spices or something to spruce up the broth, but in this case, it held up its own. The place felt a bit authentic in their flavors based on the other places I’ve tried. However, I would not really know until I visit Vietnam. Can’t wait to come back to try other things on their menu.

I tried this place for the first time. I like the atmosphere inside. The restaurant is really pretty and inviting. I had pork dumpling egg noodle soup. It was very delicious. They have a lot of good other options too. The combination fried rice was tasty but I didn't care for what looked like small cut up hot dogs in it. Next time I will choose a different protein. I also got a strawberry fruit tea. It was a little too fragrant for me.

Came here with family after staying at Great Wolf Lodge and for sure we found a hidden gem in Manteca for Vietnamese food. Our family ordered Roast Duck over rice, Bun Bo Hue, Pho Dac Biet w Filet Mignon, Banh Mi Bo Kho, and egg rolls. Everything was tasty! Roast Duck was crispy and not oily, BBH was just at the right spice and flavor levels, the Pho was seasoned more on the mild side but still flavorful and the beef was excellent. The bo kho was heavy on the lemon grass and satay but the beef and carrot ratio was favorable. The staff was quick and attentive; e.g. brought kid bowls and plates without needing to be asked. Would definitely go back.

This place is so cute inside! Whoever designed the interior and decor did such a great job of making it feel inviting, industrial but also comfortable. It's open concept and big tables accommodate parties. The staff is always very friend and gives great recommendations. The food is so good, I have been to many Pho eateries and this is my favorite. Try the Peach tea! I love it hot during the rainy weather. The Chicken Spring rolls with the Peanut sauce is delicious. My favorite Pho bowl is the filet minon bowl. Definitely check this place out, I haven't been disappointed the many times I have been there.
