Very awful service they don't listen and are very disrespectful this place needs to be closed and some fired they are very annoying and ignorantly disrespectful multiple times I tried to order and canceled and got something else go to different round table

Every time I went to ANY Round Table I always left disappointed. I picked this Round Table for an open room,which I had reserved for a baseball meeting. Everything about the pizza was fresh including the pizza Beer on tap- From The clean glasses to the temperature of the beer and lots of bubbles I was surprised and very happy. I had to order more beer to wash down my delicious pizza. The service was fabulous. You don't see a lot of good customer service these days which I'm huge on. The dining area I thought was very clean. You didn't see smeared sauce on the walls or any dust. I can't tell you how the bathrooms looked because I didn't use it. I left this Round Table very Happy.

❗️warning pictures are extremely disturbing❗️This used to be one of my favorite locations, I am not sure if it has a new owner or what happened but its totally not the same as it used to be. I don't want to say much, because the pictures I took will speak for themselves. No toilet paper, no napkins, no soap, no seat cover, no higiene... see pictures please ??I also emailed the guys above this franchise or restaurant and no one has contacted yet. I do hope this will be addressed to the employees and they fix the issue. This is a major red flag for "health department" from the city. Please don't take it lightly

Temperature in the building was at least 85 degrees. When I asked if they could turn up the AC for my large party, the employees laughed in my face.An explanation like "it's broken, or we don't have control over the AC" would have been nice.

I ordered over the phone. The person who took my order was very rude. I asked for the specialty deal and they said that was fine. But when I came in and payed for my order they did not give me the deal. After reading the receipt I asked about it but they refused to apply it. Between the rudeness on the phone and being charged full price instead of the coupon I asked for I am disappointed in this location. I only come here because my family likes it anyway. I wouldn't come back myself.

Do not order from this restaurant if you are hungry and want your food ready on time. We put in an order in through doordash for one medium pizza at 6:06pm. We got a notification saying the order was confirmed by the restaurant, and the estimated pick-up time was 6:34pm. Walked in at 6:36pm to pick it up. The doordash app said it was ready, the young girl at the restaurant register said "a few more minutes." A few minutes though turned into 30 minutes. There was no apology from any of the employees. My husband told an older man that we had been waiting 30 minutes past our pick-up time. Instead of taking accountability, he blamed it all on doordash. He said that the restaurant notifies doordash when they are running behind and that doordash doesn't update customers. So knowing that this is what happens in those situation the restaurant just lets it be. As if they can't give a heads up to their customers. I have been contacted by restaurants when there are issues with my other doordash orders. This restaurant can do the same, they just choose not to. And it's not just an issue with doordash. We've ordered directly from them in the past and have had the same issue. This is not an uncommon issue. Other people were waiting as we were also, and they also said they've had the same issue too.
