Salad is huge compared to the size of the bowl. The dressing is delicious. Sandwiches are pretty good. Soups are delicious. The place is usually clean, the biggest issue I have is that the drinks are never in order and they don't have regular sugar, only the fake kind. If you want anything other then coke/Pepsi or water your SOL.... that's annoying 😑 and when it's brought to their attention they don't seem to care at all. Staff is pretty friendly otherwise
Used to love coming here but it really has gone downhill. The order is almost always wrong and takes absolutely forever. I've also noticed that if you place your order online for pickup you will get a message that it's ready for pickup when in fact it's never even been started. This has happened to me the last three times. I showed up to pick up my order after receiving the text that it was ready to be picked up and had not been started. When I confronted the manager and asked why would I get a message that it was ready if they've not even started it they simply told me they have no control over the messages and that it's sent out simply based on the time you place your order and the amount of time it's been it actually has nothing to do with whether or not the food is ready. The manager also said he has absolutely no control over the text messages or the time a message is sent and doesn't even know if or when a message is sent I find this to be very shady and a stupid practice

First off, the service is very depressing and not a single smile. The emoloyees are very short and rude. The guy who took my order spoke way to fast and didnt listen to a thing we said. He would just repeat the same things over and over and it was confusing. I went to order 2 marble ry sandwiches and when I got my food and checked it, turns out they put it on Sourdough bread. I asked her if she could fix it and she just took the same condiments from the sourdough sandwich and put it on marble rye bread and handed it back to me. Then a elderly couple asked if they can sit and eat inside and they got told that in a moment they would pull down chairs for them to sit as everything was stacked. I pulled down the seats and pulled a table out for them. The employees had no other customers nor any orders they were working on so they could’ve easily helped the elderly couple out as there was 4 of them. I actually used to work here and back then, it was way more of a happy environment and sad to see how far it has gone to bad. Will not be returning.

My sandwich was good! I had the chicken salad. The veggies were fresh and crisp - red onion, chopped lettuce, tomato. The pecans provided a nice crunch. My sourdough roll was fresh with a nice crisp crust - the bread itself had a nice lil chew to it. The shop was clean and inviting. Service was friendly and efficient. My sandwich was a 6 inch, hubby's Cracked Pepper Turkey was 8 inches. The two sandwiches and two bags of chips cost $30.

maybe i'm spoiled from my New York and LA delis but this place is not that good. 6 inch ham and turkey sandwich came with one slice of ham and two slices of turkey... i guess the bread was good
