This Starbucks consistently lacks soap in the bathrooms, and when asked, staff claim itās ābecause of the homeless,ā which is both an unacceptable excuse and a serious health concern especially in a food and beverage setting. There are no hand sanitizer alternatives provided either, leaving customers with no basic hygiene options. On top of that, the managers are often full of themselves, the drinks are inconsistent, and the overall experience reflects poor training and even worse priorities. Iāve given this location plenty of chances, but I wonāt be coming back.
I donāt see why they read the order back to you and continue to get it wrong. !

Disappointed at the two workers in this location today. I had ordered here several times and had good service sometimes and not so good service other times. Now, I see all the comments about unprofessional service here. Maria, the supervisor, and the server who took my order and did not use the rewards I said to redeem, failed in providing a good customer service experience. I asked for the name of the server and she didn't want to give her name. Supervisor and another employee also did not give me the name of the server when I asked for it. No smile, no kindness. Maria was on her cell phone on a personal call. I had to wait for her to finish that call before she said, Yeah!! Wow!! These two need comprehensive and additional training on customer service. She offered to refund the bakery item, but I just can't bear to stay any longer in that place and be subjected to their blank stare, uncaring, unsatisfactory attitude and behavior. Will avoid this location from here on. It doesn't deserve any stars!!!!

7 employees in the store, we ordered 2 black coffees, took way too long and spinach wraps were still cold in the middle. Every table was dirty and garbage to the top in the garbage cans. But seems like they like their job lots of laughing and hive fives.
