Always consistent and incredibly friendly staff. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge during busy hours, but the drive through moves rather fast. I very much appreciate this location being 24hrs too!

Usually, go through the drive-through. Mainly, I drink flat whites or lattes. Once in a while, a mocha latte or mocha frap. Their blended lemonades are refreshing, too. I used to love their mango teazzi's, but they haven't had anything like that in years. If I get something to eat, it's usually a ham and Swiss crosant or the turkey provolone or tomato mozzarella . As to their other sandwiches and others, they need to offer condiments. Otherwise, they are pretty dry.

I've been coming to this place for a minute. The service is always good but today I walked in and there's a girl wearing glasses with her hair up that looked like she hasn't taken a shower and just woke up and now is prepping drinks so i just walk out. I cannot let a person looking like that make me a drink and she probably hasn't even washed her hands. So I guess they're just hiring anyone or there's no dress code you can come to work in pajamas.

My recent order was partially messed up. That's not uncommon. There must have been a recent remodel because it feels much brighter inside. Unfortunately, there is now NO INSIDE SEATING at all. There are still tables and chairs outside, so if you'd like to use them during the chill and damp of the winter, that option is available to you.

I always tell everyone about how amazing everything and everyone is at Starbucks!Kid-friendliness: I have never had a bad experience at my Starbucks ever Employee is very kind, I recommend to all I know.
Keep giving them chances... in the early morning they never have anything brewed except Pikes... I ask for Blond Roast oh we don't have that available... not sorry let me brew that for you, unless I start complaining then oh we can brew it for you...no more chance this Starbucks is horrible....

I used to go to this location often and would complete progress notes for work while I enjoyed my drinks. They remodeled the store and took out all tables and chairs from the inside. Bad move Starbucks. Nobody wants to sit outside in 100 degree weather next to the freeway. Not worth driving to that location anymore especially since the drive-thru takes at least 15-20 minutes.

Sorry to leave a negative since such low stars already but... Went drive thru for a decafe coffee. They say they don't have decafe. what? Oh they have it but not on brew. Ok, so then you say " we can do an americano, is that ok?" Not "we don't have decafe." Not only that but when i said "aren't you a coffee house?" We got a lecture about how they just can't make everything available all day. Too much info. That's not my problem. And btw you DID have decafe just not brewed. We didn't ask for brewed. Then after several back and fourth in this coffee order the girl says "anything else?" THAT coffee order says "No" and the girl shut off the mic. HELLO THERE'S 3 PEOPLE IN THE CAR. I said hello a few times but no responds. So we left with just the one coffee, which was a large but ended up having only enough sweetener for a small. It's got tossed. I normally don't go to Pikes Place er I mean Starbucks because they ONLY brew one coffee after 12pm and NO ONE I KNOW LIKES PIKE PLACE. But note to self: no more Starbucks. Period.
