Great staff, very nice. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. Big merch wall, no discovery espresso ornaments at the time of this post. Plenty of free parking, nice clean restrooms. And they have a drive through, you just have to go around the Jamba Juice.

We accidentally left our backpack at this Starbucks, and the manager went above and beyond to help us. She kept it safely for three whole weeks, waiting for us to come back. In a busy city, this level of care and honesty is truly rare.
When we returned, she welcomed us with kindness, remembered us immediately, and made sure we got everything back in perfect condition.
We were honestly so grateful, she turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming one.
This store is not only a great place for coffee, but also a place with wonderful people who genuinely care about customers.

Woke up this morning at 1 am for the Starbucks x Hello Kitty Collaboration Drop and was the first in line with my husband. We saw the openers come in around 3:30 am, and despite seeing the line of people who waited for these items, the two openers saved cups for themselves. I watched two girls took a handful of items to the back, and then move the other cups forward in an attempt to hide what they did. This is extremely unfair for not only the customers who were in line, but the other workers from that very store who were in line with me. I had gone into the store last night to ask about the drop. I saw a few of them again in the morning waiting in line like everyone else, and they told me about how they closed at midnight to finish the display, yet they didn’t get a chance to get any of the cups they wanted because of the greedy openers. Last I remembered, it was a violation for workers to hold items for themselves; if they were allowed to, then the closers I was in line would’ve been able to get cups for themselves instead of waiting like the rest of us. What a selfish morning crew.
Went to the drive thru and the worker had some much dog hair on her jacket it was flying out the window. I can’t even rate the drink because I threw it away. The lady was nice and all. But with all that dog hair on her jacket I know it was flying all over the food station.
