This particular Starbucks drive thru serves the slowest of all the starbucks i have ever been, i have visited the place three time and it has been the same all three times(super duper slow).

Avoid this location!! Worst customer service. I walked in to order a drink. I was the ONLY customer in the entire establishment. The drive thru was empty as well, I know cuz there is a clear view of the drive thru window from inside the building. From the moment I walked in I can see 4-5 workers behind the counter yet nobody greeted me(not a deal breaker but a red flag). I walk up to register to order and stood there for at least 4-5 minutes while all these employees are walking right past me not acknowledging me. Not one single person said ‘hello’, or ‘be right with you’, NOTHING. Finally after loosing my patience I walked out. I’ve been to this location numerous times before and they are ALWAYS SO SLOW when it comes to preparing your drinks, like seriously slow!

Went in and placed a order. The cashier double checked how I wanted it and then the barista made me feel stupid when it told her how it came out wasn’t how I ordered. The manager on duty just grabbed my drink dumped it into something and put it back in. She was very rude especially when I am paying a lot for the drinks there. Really bad service and would not recommend this location

I always enjoy my visits to Starbucks! The drinks are consistently delicious, and the baristas are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. However, the wait time can sometimes be a bit long, especially during busy hours. Overall, it's a solid experience and I always leave with a smile and my favorite drink in hand!

Clean and nice ambience. We stopped on our way of long drive. I was greeted with this.
The coffee drink actually came out tasting the way it should. Like a Starbucks drink with espresso instead of a coffee drink from the refrigerator at home.
I got a strawberry acai with apple juice my daughter got an iced tea black and a cheese and fruit box. Everything was really good

Girl at the drive thru should not be at the drive thru Taylor. She was overwhelmed or something. But it took us about 6 times to explain that we didn’t want our bakery item warmed and she just didn’t get it . She kept handing our bag back saying it’s what we want and we kept saying NO, mind you she spoke perfect English so it was not even a language problem. When we were ordering she kept saying drive up to the window after every item we were ordering . We got 1/2 our order then asked for the remaining she said “ oh I need to ring that up too” finally when she handed us our bakery items she says “ well you’re going to need to keep this item warmed cuz we don’t have anymore “ the line was wrapped around the building she does not need to work at the window if she can’t handle it. Wild!
