Girl at the drive thru should not be at the drive thru Taylor. She was overwhelmed or something. But it took us about 6 times to explain that we didn’t want our bakery item warmed and she just didn’t get it . She kept handing our bag back saying it’s what we want and we kept saying NO, mind you she spoke perfect English so it was not even a language problem. When we were ordering she kept saying drive up to the window after every item we were ordering . We got 1/2 our order then asked for the remaining she said “ oh I need to ring that up too” finally when she handed us our bakery items she says “ well you’re going to need to keep this item warmed cuz we don’t have anymore “ the line was wrapped around the building she does not need to work at the window if she can’t handle it. Wild!

This was the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve even been to. Usually people come to a coffee shop to drink coffee and take a break but I couldn’t do so here without stepping on stale bread or food left on the floor and couldn’t find a table without a mess left behind by the previous customer(s). Of course I could clean the table or floor around me myself before sitting but why should I do so as the customer. The restroom was also filthy and looked like it was a snow globe full of trash that someone shook up before I went in.
Worst Americano I have ever had. Taste like they only put 1/2 the shots. Counter people were rude to other customers as I was waiting for my drink. Bagel was barely toasted.

Used to be a regular customer here... but lately, Advanced Mobile Order, even marking the Drive-Thru option, will give you cold espresso and luke warm food.
Cayman person attending this was very nice and attended us very well. Got our drinks in a great manner of time. Didn't take much time at all.And we got to enjoy it outside.Sitting at the tables were very nice and clean

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed in this location. First time I came and got an iced coffee with some syrups at 7 and it was so light no iced coffee in there obviously. Now I just went again couple weeks later hoping it would be better but nope. Placed a mobile order and all syrup tasting again and they couldn’t even find the mobile order I placed. I placed it 15 minutes before and yes it was the right location. They said they “couldn’t find the tag” whatever that means. Not coming back here.
