Worse customer service ever they got my drink wrong I i try to tell her she just walk away while shattering with her coworkers I stayed there a couple of minutes making them gestures with my hands but they where to busy talking to each other when I nock on the metal piece infront of the window they finally came and redo my drink as they were given it to me a different worker she had the nerves to tell me next time don't bang the windows we will eventually come to the windows we have stuff to do...... first od all my coffee was label how I order it and since they were to busy talking they did not pay attention to the details on the northern we as costumers have also stuff to do they are getting paid to provide costumer service

A few weeks ago My wife and I started going here a couple times a week in the mornings on the way to work to grab iced coffee (me) and she gets a refreshing fruit infused drink. She orders ahead and its ready by the time we arrive from a little over a mile away. We've been trying different breakfast items, and so far everything is delicious and comes out fresh and hot. We sit out front at the table and chairs provided, which unfortunately is right in front of the parking spaces and adjacent to the drive thru exit so theres a lot of vehicle noise and exhaust at times but its not overwhelming. The staff is usually polite and efficient. overall its a pleasant experience.
"I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on February 24, 2025, at 4:50 pm. As a delivery driver working in the area, I stopped by to use the restroom and was met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude by the barista.
When I asked to use the restroom, the barista gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, and reluctantly agreed, stating that restroom access was for paying customers only. I explained that I was a delivery driver in the area and needed a quick stop, but she remained dismissive and unfriendly.
I was taken aback by her behavior, and another customer even commented on her poor attitude as he left the store. I politely declined to make a purchase and informed the barista that I would take my business elsewhere.
While I understand that Starbucks has changed its policy regarding restroom access, I believe that customer service should always be provided with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience at this location fell short of expectations.
I hope that you will address this issue and ensure that customers receive a welcoming and respectful experience at your store."

I love the food in the service I receive every time I go.
Parking: This is located in a shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: There are no toys or anything like that. But there is a very spacious lobby and they have chairs. The children consider them comfortably. You may also be able to ask for high chair in some locations.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility from the front door area for parking as well as entry. They also have wheelchair accessible bathrooms
