This Starbuck was recently remodeled and it looks so ugly now. It looked a lot nicer before. This Starbucks next to a H.S. so it's always busy and usually there is a very long wait bc it's fool kids. They use to have 2 bathrooms and now they only have one bathroom. Definitely not the brightest Star came up with that idea when this place is so packed. And they also took out a sitting area which had 2 small tables and 4 chairs so they is a lot of standing around at this place. If you come here when the H.S. kids are here get ready to be packed like a bunch of sardines in a can. HORRIBLE Business decisions have been made here! I gave it 2 stars bc they have a great crew tho.
When I pay and ask for a venti I’d like the cup to be filled thanks ? they do this all the time at this location

Today I came in and it's thanksgiving so I was expecting to wait super long for my drink and the staff to be in a panic/ grumpy mood, but this was definitely not the case. My order was taken with a positive and helpful attitude and I got my drink in 3 minutes after ordering. Schuyler made my drink perfectly and swiftly too! He made it super great and I usually don't get it right from other locations, so to receive my drink perfect on thanksgiving was a cherry on top! The location was clean and festive for the holidays which was very cute and brought an ambiance to the store. Good job!

Simple order. Nothing fancy. Tastes like they ran the same batch of espresso grinds through all 4 times. No white chocolate syrup taste at all. They remembered the "no-whip" part though. Expensive milkshake basically.

Just reviewing today to say this store has not gotten any better I get here at 7 am and literally EVERY single time I come they either don't have the basic food item I want or nitro brew. I travel the country for work and this has got to be my least favorite Starbucks In the nation. Drive to ripon if you need anything they seem to have everything all the time there
Closed way to early.. no sign out either nor blocked drive thru.I'm just saying there should be atleast a notice on why?

This location is good service. The only down fall is that its always packed due to the school and there is always traffic for their drive through. They also dont ask you if you want to use your starts or not. I was charged my stars with out knowing.

the employees seem to be willing to use know triggers against me, I wouldnt recommend being here for people like me ... if they know you / dont like you it seems theyre very willing to harass and won't stop or acknowledge it pretty scary reallyI've been here before when it's been alright, the verbal harassment and beratement is constant and I don't consent so hard to understand why it's being permitted...Not acceptable and I'm being nice

Man.. this new generation really are something else. Super rude. I repeated my order twice when ordering. I get to the window and she hands me the wrong order. I always feel bad complaining because then I'm holding up the line. She rolls her eyes and takes the drink. I honestly was more thrown off by the attitude. These kids really need more training. This isn't the first time I've gotten bad service at this location. I'll just stick to my usual lathrop location on Harlan. They know how to be polite.
