I never go to this location because they’ve messed up my order in the past, but today I decided to give it another shot — my mistake. I ordered a lavender matcha with no customizations, and it was such a letdown. The drink was so watered down I could barely taste anything, and it didn’t have the lavender foam on top like it normally does.

When I asked about it, the barista just said, “Yeah, it’s hidden in the middle.” What does that even mean?

I really needed that drink to get me through my Friday, and it ended up being a total waste of money. Disappointing when you’re counting on something small to brighten your day and it misses the mark completely!

They always run out of lavender. My food is cold half the time. And my drinks this morning were missing lavender again. Twice now. This is so inconsistent and inconvenient.

Great customer service at the drive through. I believe it was the manager took my order and asked me all the questions that needed to be answered. The manager asked if the order was correct and I said yes. Plus, he also asked if I wanted a straw two stoppers and a cup hold and of course I said yes again. When I went to the window the batista delivered what I asked for. The drinks were two extra hot white mocha, and a lavender macha. Thanks, for the great service the batista delivered.

I love this Starbucks, this place is so unique as the staff is always super kind, friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and always positive. Of course, I love the food, especially honey citrus mint tea. Thank you for adding value to the community. Love!

I just came from Starbucks and nobody took my order! And when the ugly girl with glasses she said she was going to charge me for a packet of honey!!!! I’ve been north south east and west and never do they charge for a packet of honey!!!!!

Went to this specific location knowing it’s not impacted thinking I’d get good service when it was the opposite. I usually go to Union since it’s close by, but wanted to give this location a try. I ordered my latte and when I pulled up to the window I got the drink and when I’m leaving the drive thru lane, I check and see if they made it correctly and they didn’t. They made the latte I wanted expect on the label they put “whole milk” and I wanted a decaf in which they did listen. I then pull up to the drive thru to tell them how I wanted it all over again, and the guy juts tell me “if you want we can make you another one” “the guy that made it told me he made it with oat milk” in that case I didn’t trust them because food service workers juts make excuses to not remake something again. So I told him I’ll have another one instead and told him how I wanted it made and I told him just in case. And towards the end when I told him “as a decaf” and I sat there for a second got no response no confirmation. When I pulled up to get the remade one he seemed bugged or like not in a good mood a bit. It seemed like there was just 2 guys working there. Around 2pm, today august 26, 2024. And this picture is of the second one I got made, and it made me not trust this location even more because they didn’t even print a label to know how they made it it just makes me think they didn’t listen to how I told them how to make it all over again. For sure never coming back to this location. Highly disappointed, aside from that only one person was in front of me in line and since it’s never impacted at this location you’d think if a place doesn’t have much people eating there then you’d get better service in this case they failed at it not being busy. The s Union location has never failed to give good service to people that I know and I can confirm it is true. If you want to get a customers trust then show it, print the label and do your job correct!!! It’s better to wait out the line at a location that’s more impacted that gives way better service than to be disappointed at a location that’s not busy that can’t even get the drinks correct.

Walked in. Placed order at counter for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches @11am and did not get any drinks until 11:40 thats absolutely absurd. I could've made them myself in that time span.
