food is good. they get irritated when you ask for anything extra even tho your paying for it ...asked for extra cheese and they gave me one more slice .... workers are extremely rude and have an attitude every single time i go in there. i got on my 30 minute lunch and it's really not even worth it anymore because of how rude they are. they also have conversations in a different language while im trying to order and cut me off while im ordering smh.

Just a heads up they don't honor any coupons in Manteca due to inflation is what I was told today and they are still are out of ice! Also, This was our second Sunday here and they are still out of Ice! Please get that fixed unless this is part of inflation too!

It's funny I got a coupon that says Subway and it's accepted at all Subway stores but I go into this one and first of all the rude second of all they asked if I'm here for pickup and I said no then they go on to look at my hand and see I have a coupon and they say that they don't accept coupons and I'm just like so why is it say subway terrible customer service terrible restaurant I won't be coming here again

first, I want to say the sandwich they made was absolutely delicious maybe cause I was really hungry, but it really tasted good. However, for some reason I've noticed not just here but a lot of places the people who are serving you they don't smile they're not friendly, I guess sometimes being and customer service myself I try to have compassion but I'm sorry when you were serving people, you need to be friendly and hospitable and smile don't look like someone pooped in your Cheerios but the main reason I gave to stars is everyone needs to know that this subway store on Lathrop and union is charging for the bags that they put your sandwich in I think it was five cents but they never told me they were going to do that, and I don't remember ever getting charged for bags at other subways

Worst subway in Manteca, workers yell at customers for not knowing that they don’t take coupons ( even though coupon policy isn’t posted anywhere). One of the workers even ripped my moms coupon right in front of her. Rude

The store looks clean. They skimp on the ingredients, not much meat on the sandwich. The bread isn't fresh and they don't take coupons or honor advertised promotions.

This place no longer accepts coupons. They have no signage or papers of change of coupon policy. No where in the building. I was told until I was checking out. About the coupon change being recently. Absolutely NO coupon is accepted here. Bad business not vocalizing this big change to anyone who walks through the door.
Hey squad! Just wanted to give my honest and RAW review of this wonderful subway. I was very impressed by the sandwich i got might even say i was flabergasted.. The younge lady that did it was sonia kang and i am very great full for her! Very delicious sandwich! (She needs a raise!) Overall very pleased with this subway. Thank you and have a blessed day

I got sick ? Dirty gloves that never gets changed.I should have said something when the lady that made my sandwich, never changed her glove. She open the fridge several times and pretty much touched everything. I won't be going to any Subways anytime soon.
