You're better off going to the one on Daniel's Street. They often give inaccurate orders with special instructions completely disregarded. They serve food that tastes stale or like it has been sitting for hours. They take forever to get you your food, especially during the day. Service and quality used to be good, now its just better to drive to the other one, at least you know you're actually going to get what you ordered.

I ordered two chicken chalupas with no tomatoes but somehow they left the tomatoes and removed the chicken. I also order the four piece strips and they weren’t even strips they were just chunks. I used to come here a lot but their quality and customer service plummeted recently

Not everyone here has non-existent customer service, some are good (from what I heard) but not most. Everytime I order here without fail the order isn't accurate. Very unfortunate that this's my closest Taco Bell.
Only come here if you feel like yapping ur head off at someone.

Horrible coming here at lunch cause of the students there isn’t any supervision from the school or restaurant they’re just in there allowed to obnoxious and rude and disrespectful my husband had to check some kids cause they thought they were going to disrespect us cause their “teenagers” ya I don’t think so this place needs security at lunch time and better service as well never coming here again
