My food items are missing when I ordered drive thru but they never forgot to charge me the right amount which one i order amount was correct but when I get my food item are missing some time taco missing, today bean burrito missing one day may be they just charge me i didn't have any food you guys charge me 22:74 and 4:29 dollar food is missing what time of spam you running i caught you 3 times

I always order ahead on the app and I only live a few minutes away. I never wait more than a couple minutes when I get there for my food. I do not recall ever having an order missing a food item or missing ingredients (however I never modify my orders). The only complaint is that night shift does not fill the more expensive items more than the cravings value items, so I never order the expensive ones at night now. Maybe a fork missing here and there, but nothing that warrants less than 5 star service. Keep up the good work!
Slow service, decent food, REALLY good Carmel apple empanadas. If i lived closer I'd go there just for the empanadas

Got a tostada and was disappointed in the food. The shell wasn't crispy and we ate in parking lot because I didn't want it to get soggy by the time I got home. Very little sauce and lettuce and the cheese my gosh. Needless to say you missed the mark taco bell. Me going to get a tostada was a good memory from when I was a child now its a bad memory as an adult. Shameful. Wont be back
