New owners ruined this place 👎🏼

Make sure your receipt matches the charge on your banking app before you leave. Had to come back and ask them to adjust the extra $58 added to my order.. Wont be coming back, family was disappointed. Im going miss what this place used to be.

Do not recommend, gave me food poisoning. Liked it way better when the teenagers were running it. Definitely not the same as before and I have been coming here for years.

As far as the place, nothing to rave about. Food however was really good. We liked the Cajun sauce. Service was friendly and really good.

The bucket combos are really good and the flavors are phenomenal. I like how everything is fresh and made on the spot not cooked beforehand and just kept warm. The service is great and the waiter is super friendly and attentive, its a great broil for your buck. Definitely recommend if you are around the area

We have been coming here for a number of years. We went in on Saturday and ordered 2 lbs of dungeonous crab and 2 lbs of prawns. The prawns are not the ones they had before. These prawns tasted like farm raised prawns and did not taste good.

to me the amount of food in the bag was little for the price but like I said it was good I'll be back forsure it was worth it

I have been coming to this establishment since it opened. Today I came in to pick up my order and was told that I’m too early and Hishe’s too busy to cook my food. When I asked her how long she said maybe an hour. My order was for pick up at 4:30. It’s 4:15. Another customer comes in and ask how many shrimp is in the pound and she told him she’s not gonna count it. She’s to busy. I’m sorry this isn’t the way you treat your customers. After realizing that we were ready to cancel the order she quickly changed her mood. This will be my last time here. Customer service isn’t her strong suit. I liked it better when the high school teens worked here.

My husband and I used to come here often years ago, had a bag experience and decided to take a break. Unfortunately our first time returning will now be the last. The gal who took my husbands order rang up an extra 2 lbs of king crab (totaling $140 extra dollars) that my husband didn't catch until reviewing his receipt after paying. He went right back in to correct the situation and there was no desire from staff to help. Told him there's nothing they can do and he's basically stuck with it. He asked them to either refund the food he didn't order or cancel it all, and they said they can't do anything. Wound up telling them to please stop the order and we'd dispute the charge with the bank. Issue has never been the food, always the service. Unfortunate that we have to step away from such a tasty spot due to the lacking attitude of staff.
