corrupt owner who doesn't pay his staff for all the hours they work. please do not support this restaurant or any of his other locations. if you Google "the pho modesto fined" you can read the many articles about the owner being fined $250K for this
Delicious food… finally good Pho close to home!! Been to couple other places locally with Pho being too minty… this place has well balanced spices & ingredients. My 4yr old enjoyed his first taste of Pho. Definitely recommend it.
I just wish they had option for Wonton too.
Amazing food and staff!!! The food was so good and what’s even better is that they added more items to their menu. They are open to suggestions for their menu and actually listen to their customers needs. Best place to go for pho in Modesto!!

The place was busy, but the wait staff were on top of all orders. The vegan banh mi wasn't too bad, but the shrimp rolls were not very good. They were bland. Overall, The Pho is a great spot for a satisfying meal, especially on a cold day.
