My family and I have been eating here for a couple of years. Most recently we have been ordering through DD but today we went in for lunch. The waitress was behind the counter where the food comes out from the kitchen, combing her hair. I was so disgusted. I asked the other waitress if she please tell her not to comb her hair around the food. The response was we are just doing the silverware no food is ready yet. I was appalled, why did they not see a problem with this!? I will no longer patronize this establishment because if they had no problem with this what other disgusting thing is ok. Eat at your own risk! The tables are sticky as well

This review is very special to me. It is long but it is definitely worth the read. I've been coming to this place for many years now. I have dined in once. Every other time i either called in orders for pickup or have had them delivered. Every experience I have had with this place has been great. I don't repeat restaurants often but this one has been my favorite for the longest. When you arrive to dine inside you are almost immediately greeted by smiles and warm hospitality. The servers are very attentive and very skilled in service. It is extremely clean, had alot of space and seating, smells great, and has a large healthy and DELICIOUS menu. The service is fantastic and the team really goes above and beyond to provide not just a great dining experience but a great interaction and memory every time. Aside from my orders ALWAYS being correct and delicious... My favorite part about this place is the people who run it. Their kindness and care for their customers is above and beyond. They are passionate about what they do and they love doing it. That is what sets them apart from all the rest. Today I placed an order for delivery. I have been sick and feeling very overwhelmed by life the last few days, as alot of us are feeling right now. In the special requests I took a moment to share that I was really going through something that had taken away my appetite. I hadn't eaten in three days and was really looking forward to the veggie sandwich option that they have. It's incredible. Not only did I receive my order promptly, as usual, made to perfection, as usual, and incredibly delicious, as usual... I also received a personalized note. One that completely turned my day around and I felt myself smiling for the first time in days. Like actually smiling with literal tears in my eyes. I was so touched. People ... This is absolutely the place to spend your money. This is a business truly worth supporting. I will continue to be a customer and supporter for many years to come. Thank you The pho team. I appreciate you all. And to the person who wrote the note. You have NO idea the impact that you made today. I am grateful for you.

This is my first time trying this restaurant and only found it because of google Map. We got a table right away for 11 we ordered a variety of food totalled bill around $230.00. I always order the pho number 1 large and its pretty good. Bean sprout looks ok(still crunchy but looks like a day old). Fried chix appetizer looks bland needs to be marinated. We also ordered tarot shake with bobba but the bobba is just a jelly and not a black bobba balls. Mens restroom is very big and clean so that’s a plus.

Nice people. The reason why I gave it four stars is due to a standing for quite a while before we were told we could seat ourselves. It seemed the cashier assumed we were waiting to order takeout. Other than that, everything else was very good!

When this place first opened, it was phenomenal. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and made you feel welcome every visit. The food? Always fresh, flavorful, and consistent; from the pho broth to the spring rolls and every side in between.
Fast forward to now, and it’s a gamble. Some days, the staff is warm and accommodating. Other days, they seem uninterested or even irritated to be there. The food reflects that same inconsistency; some visits everything tastes fresh and properly made, other times it feels like I’m eating leftovers from the day before.
I’m not sure what changed over the past 10 months, but the quality has clearly slipped. I really wanted to keep supporting this place, but at this point, it’s just not worth it.

Came in from out of town with my little family (5 boys) total of 7. Worse service ever. Didnt attend to us, we had to grab the menus ourselves. And also had to grab their attention to order. I thought to myseld, for sure they arent getting any type, for what? Horrible service. Only for them to hit me with gratuity fee themselves. Smh. I dont recomment this place at all.
